I was thinking of using those biodegradable cardboard starter pot that they sell in my town,so starting the seedling into those to give 0 transplant shock and put Them at ground level,at the base of the tent so they are away from strong light,more than 60 cm.When they get bigger I put directly in 1 gal pots and they should naturally grow and rise up toward light.How does It sound?

My grows have been perpetual for over 15 yrs and I guess it's about got me trained....
Perpetual will be much easier if you have a separate area for seedlings. After a few 'troubled' grows, I set up an area just for starting seeds and preparing plants for the next stage. Solved the biggest issue.....
I grow in a 3x4 area and typically have 8-9 plants at all times, rotating as my veg area feeds healthy plants for the bloom area. I start 3 seeds every 3 weeks in solo cups under 24/0 T5HO...96w.
I transplant every plant at 2-3 weeks old into 2-3 LTR pots...then move to a flower area of approx 700w mixed led on 12/12. With every plant topped and in small pots, canopy control is easier. From my experience, it seems that some strains do finish/mature sooner than others, perhaps because of small pots or 12/12 but I'm happy with it all.

Tried other light schedules but the yeild never increases as much as costs to run longer than 12/12. PLUS...With 12/12 I always have a photo alongside!

Old stoners like me never have it all figured out but the system has benefitted me for years and years and my usual (and expected) yeilds are 1.5-2.5+ of quality dried flower per plant. Conservative feeding and environment control is priority. Patience and don't overthink the simple parts.

Always worth a try, only problem I can see id if they have anything added in the cardboard that isn't mentioned...Like bleach used during the slurry process to make the cardboard (especially if they've gone "green recycled"). Pretty sure that's what kills my seeds using the paper towel germ method. A couple solo cups with your preferred soil mix wouldn't be but a couple inches higher and you would know mostly what was in it and in that thought directly in the 1 gallon pots would only be 8 to 10 inches higher with no transplant shock at all. I'm a big fan of elinating as many variables as possible cause it makes later diagnosis of problems much easier.

I ordered 4 X2 gallons,gonna set up a Little area,very little,I Ve already grown an auto CBD into a cardboard no issues untill It got too big) with max 80 watt led as shown before and let Them be 2 weeks under those.Later into finale pot in my box with 200watt led and flowering.Every 3-4 weeks 2 new seedlings to go into 2 of the harvested pots.This Is It.Looks good?

Seems you got it all about figured out my friend. Just got a tip on extra add in to soil mix to try for a water only grow I'm going to try out next round.. Alfalfa pellets from feed store. Would be so nice to have only a water grow.

I tried and amended badly the soil with guano and compost.So I Will not do It this time until I become a bit Better.I choose smart pot over air pot because It keeps humidity longer and since It's small I Will not water every 2 days
Probably bad dosage surely
My guano Is N3p15k4

I tried and well...no good man.I Need to understand the dosage.If you might got interest on this, it's plagron Bat guano powder,if you wanna check and tell me the gram dosage per 2 gal.Feel free to not do It Bud,thank you anyway and have a Happy holiday ❤
