I had my pump running for a week before turning the Aqua valves on and it didn't do any harm, in fact they seemed to get a benefit from it.

She's looking great 2stoned, training has worked well...

Thanks john yes she has really responded well to training did a bit more today to get everything even the whole canopy is 14 inch tall now

Day 25 1ml per ltr AN sensi bloom,started bending her over for the last couple of days and she is responding really well,i bent the main cola to try and keep the canopy even and the earlier ponytailing has really helped the side branches grow.

can i ask the ties that you've got for your LST. what are they and where are they from? do they have wire in?

this is what i have and yes they have wire in but really soft rubber outside

Yeah that's the main reason I'm scrogging this time to maximize the space as I'm in a dr60 wich dosent have alot of head room 60+60+150
