An XL yield of some decent tasting CBD is realistically all I'm after really, even if it tastes bunk I guess it can be processed into oil or tinctures without it mattering too much. Still saves a fortune on buying CBD oil which is costing me around £100 a month.

Yeah, it tastes like sh*t anyway. It costs me about the same here plus I use about the same quantity of THC oil per month. I don’t have much expectation for what the plant will produce, I just hope it’s frosty and I make a better go of it than my last plants. So far Charlotte is 5 days old and looking good when I left her this morning. I’ll transplant around Monday or Tuesday. I’ll try making my first batch of AvT oil on the weekend as well. With any luck I won’t have to purchase anymore from the LPs.
Double Grape stretched really fast. At first I just added a little coco around her to sure her up and lowered my lights. She still stretched so I put in a makeshift support. Light is at 28” now and she has slowed her stretch.

CBD Charlotte’s Angel - off to a good start I think. She has lights at 30”. I’m using AN nutes for her at 1/4 strength.
The cups look dry because I’m not top watering, I’m dunking the bottoms in nutes and letting the medium draw the nutes up into the bottom of the cup (holes in the bottom). I weighed the cups with precharged coco and as they dry up I dunk until the weight increases to the original weight. I’m also following VPD and tent temps are pretty stable at 74F and 65% RH. Thanks @lunarman@slowandeasy
Both are looking good I guess. CBD Charlotte is small but developing normally. Double Grape is considerably larger. I’ve treated them both exactly the same with the exception of nute lines but they are different genetics. Steady at 74F and 65%RH. I watered right after pics on the edges only. I’m going to try watering edges twice per day but smaller volumes.
I’m not sure what’s up with CBD but she is small and growing but slowly. Light is at 32” for her. Her colour looks good but she’s a little twisted. Double Grape is doing well I think, colour is good and she’s “shedding skin” like a snake on her main stem. She’s working on her 4th node now so I will likely top her tonight. Pics to follow this evening.
