New Grower 2nd Grow Mephisto Double Grape and Dutch Passion CBD Charlotte’s Angel Auto in Coco

subbed!

AN versus MC, I like it!
My Double Grape about 10 days ahead, but I’m a deadhead and forgot to order more coco in time so she’s at the mercy of delivery drivers awaiting transplant :baked:

calling it now your DG will overtake mine, this will be fun bro. She will be my first start-to-finish using Greenleaf kind too :pop:

best of luck
Awesome Froot! Overtaking, I doubt it. However I couldn’t get the little bugger to stop stretching. My Autocob is down to 28” on her and she’s only 4 days old today. I decided to use up my AN nutes and move on to Greenleaf nutes. Way better price for GN over AN. I did make a mess of mixing the dry nutes and buggered the concentrations a bit to precharge the coco but I think she’ll be ok. With any luck we’ll be chopping some frosty DG goodness in a couple months. :pass:

Looking good buddy!
I am not so sure how much I like the AN Nutes myself, thinking of going full micro hydro when I move later this year.

Thanks @Daxxor

I like AN nutes but I don’t like the price of AN nutes and there are so many in the line I just won’t pay for a ton of it. I like the Greenleaf for its simplicity and price point to get some amazing results. I have been considering an organic soil grow but not until I learn more about growing in general and about organic soils. I tend to like doing things from scratch so mixing my own soil appeals to me. Next year I’m putting a greenhouse in for veggies and berries so that will be good timing for an organic soil grow.

I'm with you on that. I'm planning to make the switch to organic soil in 2020 but I need to know what I'm doing first. Coco's such a great medium for my nooby not-so-green-fingers. If you have a greenhouse and some veggies to get going with it seems like the perfect place to learn. I can only dream of that sort of outdoor space for now...

The greenhouse has been in the works for a couple of years now but it’s not in the budget until next year. You’re right, it’ll be organic madness in there and then I’ll transfer some of that to my indoor grows. Some amazing results with organic and living soils, something to learn about as I like the idea of organic growing. I’ll be sure to have my jars full before I start organic growing in case I bugger it up somehow.

Outdoor space is plentiful over here! You just have to pay a small fortune for it and expect snow at any time of the year. Sounds great huh?!?

I have been checking into small hydro setup that is under $200, but may consider doing organic super soil too. All depends on what goes on after I can get moved. I am in agreement, I thought AN nutes was the way to go but the prices are insane, wish I would have gone a different brand. Tiny bottles for big bucks.

They really are steep though I know there are some that are more expensive. I just don’t see the point when other growers have stellar results with cheaper nutes.

I'm also interested in more CBD, so I'm watching this for that too. I have some photo strains of Cannatonic, but have yet to grow them.

Btw I don't grow organic inside, but I always have outside with my veggie gardens. I found it easier, as it seemed there was less chance of burning the plants, there was room for oopsies. I will hopefully be able to grow some plants outside this year, so I'll see how good, or bad, it goes with the organics and cannabis. They will keep my tomatoes company :smoking:

I currently use an organic tea in my hydroponics and coco autopots tho, and see amazing results (root wise) with that. But still far from an organic grow.
