You are going to love your Syrup! I just took a 1/4 out of a jar that has been curing for 2 weeks. When opening the jar you are 'blasted' with a sweet smell. I wish I could take a picture of the smell. Very tasty and smooth. I know I shouldnt... But it smells so good I keep opening the jar and smelling. I just can't help it.
