Thanks!!! This is a long read and will do so this weekend.
When first starting this journey I read somewhere that I could top or film autos if done at a certain time
So that's what I did...
Fin one plant
Topped the other
Both have some lst.
So going to read @autobeast thread and defoiler if I still got time

I'm about 1/4 way through Auto Beast thread.
One thing he says is to treat autos like a photo when defoliating
So I went back and did a defoiler just like I would have with photos
Pulled out another ton of leaves
Now let's see how they repond

Day 38 from germination

Boy howdy
It's been kinda relaxing defoliating
I've been really treating these autos with kids gloves but not so much now.
Auto Beasts thread was a eye opener.
Did my normal heavy leaf trim TWICE with good results
Yippee!!!!
Going to let it grow out and see what happens....
( hate that saying " we'll see what happens" but the jerk ass in the White House has drilled it int my head...)
Now let's see what the buds will do....

Day 41 from germination
Water day
323 ppm Mega Crop
141ppm Bud Explosion
464 total ppms
Took the whole gallon between both plants to get run off
This is strange for up till now it took 3/4 gallon between both plants to get run off.
Will follow this for it confuses me
Both plants had leaf droop after watering
After 24 hours and the leaves of both plants have perked up
I am now getting tip burn on both plant
The only change is adding bud explosion @ ( or as close to as I can get) 150ppm
(1 level dash measureing spoon)
So I will be lowering Bud Explosion ppms to 50-75ppm and see if that helps.
Thoughts if 150 ppm of Bud Explosion can cause tip burn???
I do need to keep in mind that autos take less nutrients

Maybe? I'm guess your going to high, shouldn't rush things. At this stage I would be at 2 grams mc, 1 gram sweet candy and 0.50 grams bud explosion. That's just me. Back down on bud explosion. Give her a semi flush next watering. My 2 cents! Some one else might say different. Oh and most times the leaves droop after a watering.

Wouldn't hurt to check the run off ppm, see if it's built up. You can sort of guess the ppm in the root zone is between what goes in and what comes out.

Went away for the holiday weekend and returned to both the plants upper leaves all pale green and 1/2 crispy

250- mega Crop
50- Bud Explosion
R/o water
78 average temp
40% humidity
Gotta say this grow kinda sucks
Worst Hempy grow I've ever did
So will finish out:
Drop bud explosion
Up mega to 300 ppms

I'm thinking ( make that hopeing) that it's part freebie seeds used, part vermiculite in Hempy, and part not ever growing autos before

Already planning next grow when this one struggles to its end......
Using sweet seeds.
And ordering mephisto genetics this afternoon to make genetics a non issue.
So dam disappointing.

But who knows??? May turn out ok
