Kinda My thoughts also.
Bud explosion was the one I wanted to use but sold out.
So I did the gt21 kool bloom dulution tech.
The problem is that the concentrates ppms is supposed to be 1900-2200ppms
And only 5 ml of it per gallon
But....
My ppm meter only goes to 999. Any over displays this. " - - - - ". ( without the quotations)
So I had to double up n the amount used got too complicated so just added 100ppms of it.
Anyway
Going to see if I can find Bud Explosion from another vender

Found some BE on the zon and ordered it.
I don't have a problem with GT'21 kool bloom dilution tech.
I just want to stay with the same line.
Will put my mind at ease

let's hope it does get easier to prepare with the BE. i used some BE recently and it's such a fine powder yet so concentrated that you only need a little bit of it to achieve the desired dosage (1-1.5 g per gallon) and weighing such small amounts with a generic scale was tough for me... but using the EC meter helped a lot.

Check you meter again, you should a x10 under the first set of numbers.

You add the 0 to your 3 digit number i.e

217 becomes 2170 that's the ppms of my compost tea

Unfortunately mine does not do this.
That has been checked and rechecked
Then in a moment of stoner clarity I went back to check my order for it.
Errrrrrr
Another stoner mistake.!,,
It only reads to 999ppms!!
I guess in my foggy mind I figured I would never get over 999 since I beleave in lower ppm grows.....
Lucky for the plants found some BE so I don't need the higher scale anymore
Or at least not for now!!!

Day 33 from germination

Wow
I took the plants out to lower them .
There are soooo many leaves on these shrubs!!!
I do mean a lot under the canopy
Just leave them be???
I am so used to removing under canopy growth I had to hid my trimming tools!!!
Looks like flowering is starting
I have noticed that right plant had some drooping and had to water before my 3 day cycle.
Couldn't understand it till it smacked me in the face like a fish tossed from fishermans wharf.
Deeelights deeelights!!!
I have deeelights on 7 hours more a day than the 12/12 photos!!!
How could I have not seen what is shineing in my face daily???
So now I have to change my watering routine for this crop
And getting things together for the next crop using 3 gallon buckets with 1/2 gallon rezzy.
And probly pure perilite or coco.

Water day.
326 ppm base
123 ppm dry koolbloom pk booster
I'm not doing gt21 koolbloom dilution
I realized I have pinch, smidgen, and dash measure spoons
A level dash spoon of koolbloom dry in a gallon of r/o is around 65-80 ppms.
Who knew??
I've had to adjust the watering cycle to every other day
Not optimal for me but making it work till next crop

Would y'all trim any leaves??
The one on left is diesel, the right is Rqs Northern Lights
Leaves look dark but the new growth is lighter

Day 37 from germination
I got the Bud Explosion in yesterday Unlike the Dry koolbloom I had been using BE has zero nitrogen and that's a good thing. The MEGA CROP base has plenty of nitrogen in it I feel.
Watered in today
Base Mega Crop@ 312 ppm
Bud Explosion @ 1 gram= 150ppm ( this stuff is concentrated!!)
462ppm total
I think I'll up the BE to 200ppm later in flowering
The plants have responded surprisely well to their leaf trim.
Kinda surprised me. My experience for years has been with photos. This is my first auto crop. All I heard was " don't remove leaves on autos"
So i was kinda apprehensive
Now that I removed a bunch of leaves may be the plants won't need to be watered every other day.
We will see.
Will post more blurry pics when the sun comes on.
