1st timer with a question

Once a week I put mine in the shower in pans and water from bottom and top. Very slowly so everything gets moist from the capillary action. Takes about 2 hours for 4 2.5 gal pots and a 1.5 and about twice the normal amount. Then set em shower pan to drain off excess in pot, extra nute water goes to the garden n house plants.

Week 1 is usually just light top water occasionally but then soil is pre soaked fairly well and sits a day or 2 while seeds are soaking. Then planted and wait till they get above ground. Then a spritz in a coke bottle top for a couple days. Then it's pot weighing time, some times 3rd week sometimes 4th.. when they feel light enuff.

These are pic at the end of day 8. They are all about 2 1/4 above soil and the leaves range from 1 1/4 - 1 3/4 tip to tip. I have just been giving it distilled water for now but am going to start nutes at day 10. The temp has been around 26c and humidity in the low 70s. My light have been changed to Philzon 1200watt led and is hanging about 9” from the top of the leaves. I have been running my lights 24/0 atm but am thinking of changing to 20/4 unless doing that now would be bad?
let me know how everything looks so far and if there is anything in my setup that I should make adjustments to
I have also decided to go get AN ph perfect micro, bloom, and grow instead of using the root farm stuff that my dad had laying around as there is more information available on growing with the AN products then there is with the root farm one

if ur light izn't dimmable, then 9" is way too close 20-24" is more like it, lol ppp

i had them at 20” before but they started stretching and one almost fell over. I could try moving them up a bit now and see how they do

Ok so I have raised the lights to 18” for now I’ll see how they do with that and then go from there.
what about me switching my light schedule from 24/0 to 20/4 would it harm them?
I only had them on 24 because I started with poor lights. Now that I have better light I would prefer to have some off time plus it’s going to get warm here for the next few days so I figured I have the lights off in the middle of the day to keep my grow room from getting to hot

Some will say 24/0 some will say the plant needs the dark period . I personally run 20/4 . It's all down to your own preferance mate. I do no you can run higher heats with led because it don't heat the leaf as a hps/mh will . Food for thought

If u have a extraction fan going u could do away with it untill u get some true leafs as u don't need to worry too much about co2 and smell wild they are small. That will help you keep high humidity in your room with out need to cover Ur seedlings. I've had a issue with damping off on the stems in past from leaving them covered over too long with rh getting close to 80+ inside a bottle. You will also save a few £ in elecy ignore me of u have no extraction running. I'd head over to the @Marshydro threads of Ur looking for affordable lighting. I've never owned one but hear great things about them on here.

So woke up today and went to check out my plants the leaf span on all of them grew about a 1/2 inch over night but a couple look like the have some dark blotches on the leafs almost look like blisters. Also one of the plats it’s leave are more pointing up then laying flat like the others it’s also the one with the most noticeable blotches.
can anyone tell me what’s wrong and how to fix or am I just worrying for nothing lol
