Hey, I had to leave town again for a week, had to live in my other apartment. Someone watched my plants.
I thought I wrote a short post I wanted but I didn't. I decided to believe in them and keeping them. They are not the best looking for sure but recovered and grew a lot, only the bottom leaves seems to be fucked up and top leaves looks nice. The shorter motherfucker almost tripled in size holy fuck (but still considered small I guess). If both of them gives me just 1oz I'm good with that for 3 months, or with other words till my next grow which will go much smoother knowing what I have to pay attention.
What I think with my beginner knowledge is the primary issue was that I overwatered them and the high ph of my tapwater(even with soloutions) only contributed to the problem probably didnt do too much damage if only have this problem, and also read somewhere Dinafem White Widow XXL-s are very thirsty to Ca. The shorter one was eaten up by some bugs which I could have avoided if covering the windows 1 week sooner lol. Considering how quickly I decided this 'lets grow my own weed' project and how little time I had in the beginnings to read and learn- especially that I have never read anything about gardening in my life which was written in English so understanding what I read what difficult to a point and made my research much slower- I'm not really mad at myself for fucking up.
I started to wait more between feeds and give them less water. Also put little bit of Mg and Ca and using some vinegar to bring the ph down (I know its not the best idea to use vinegar and will buy lemon tomorrow and use that and not attract bugs.). Brought the water ph down to 6.0 which I thought is a good idea as probably the soil has too much alkalinity(or whatever the word is), I guess it worked. The small one really surprised me!
I also started doing some LST, using strings to tie down the top branch. I will adjust the strap tomorrow, just being slow and cautious here.
Just pure off? Haha 888 number seems to find me a lot in the past 2 weeks. I did a shroom trip 2 weeks ago and before that I went to the store to buy some 'safety net' for the journey, which was high sugar cookies and orange juice just in case things go wrong(some says it helps somehow with sinephrine?). Paid 888 currency. Also got a letter with this number and saw it in really abnormally high frequency in situations that had some meaning(during interesting convos). I And now I took a picture of my plants and one picture number is IMG_0888. It is maybe just randomness or I paid more attention to it since my trip but its interesting to me. :smoking: Maybe I should play some on the 888poker.

) I dont like to say bad about people,but fuck the woman in the store was a bitch! She asked if I'm a beginner in growing and I said yes. I told her I only need the light set. She tried to convince me with the worst possible tone in her voice that I need a tent set. I said I have plenty room and will use floor vent and windows/door to keep the temperature under control. She said "ohhh okay so why dont you just go outside and spew your seeds somewhere and just let them grow without touching them". When I asked why tent is so necessary she said "cannabis is a very precious plant". 2 customers were in the store and said that tent is absolutely not necessary in my situation. One would expect that you would meet a friendly stoner clerk in a growshop. lol Told her she is lucky today cause I traveled a lot to buy the set but under different conditions I would never spend a dime here. I guess she was mad that she couldnt convince me to spend 500 $ there, spent 200$ total.

before my first grow after all that studying I still had problems and my first grow was a rough one but a very important one I will do better this time I did get 10 oz from all that reading my only mistake was not growing sooner you got planty time to read there's a lot you can only learn by growing.
I admire those of you that jump straight in its just not in my character.
