100w led or switch too 150w hps for flower

would anyone top her down alittle bit?

Do not top your plant now!

It has already started budding and it will definitely not help much anymore.

Its recommended that if you are gonna top your plant you do it early on an auto startong at the 5th node, you can always top more than once but a top shocks a plant slightly and too many might cause your plant to stay too short or stunt it.

If you wanna control the height now you should probably supercrop the main stalk but it looks like it might have the bulk of its stretch out of the way and it looks like you have enough headroom to hang your light at a decent height.

If u got the head room let her grow
If not then supercrop her a quarter the way down

As for the light,,,, heat might be a problem with the 150
And a sudden light type chznge might cause a problem,
