Yes it is... It's Mr Rot in one of the buds.
I didn't find any more but it sure makes me nervous. Last grow I found it in 2 buds and the rest were fine but I will keep my eyes open. I noticed a yellowed leaf sticking out and it got my attention coz it shouldn't be discolored. And there I saw it when I opened it up. 1 bud is nothing to cry about but if I find it in like 3 more then the ladies going down immediately.

Exactly what I was thinking too.....
But also, when a leaf dies it wants to fall off rather than beginning to degrade while still connected to the plant...if, for what ever reason, that leaf doesn't separate from the plant, it can begin to rot and effect the viable plant life surrounding it....that seems to be the case here....my 2 cents.
RH is at 30%. But the meter has a few year on its back... It's second hand. But I think it's accurate. I'm having 3 fans in total but maybe there need to be more movement. Not sure how much movement that is ok...
