Germination: got a few pics of different stages of germ. Started with 4 seeds, one didn’t make it past popping out of soil. These will be grown in 5 gal SIP buckets with peat based reclaimed soil I amended with dr earth 4-4-4 last year. Will be using greenleaf nutrients mega crop in reservoirs. Lights are at 24/0 as of now

Running Dr Earth amended soil with Mega Crop in the reservoir is a solid hybrid approach. The dry amendments handle the base feed through the soil while the reservoir gives you flexibility to adjust during stretch. SIP buckets with 24/0 tend to push strong early root development since the roots find the water layer faster without a dark period.

So today, as I have been slack on my postings I’ll be posting first visuals of female parts on the bigges of the vanilla re-up girls. Y’all will think it’s funny, but I have two re-ups in one 5 gal SIP… kinda a mistake cuz I only had 3 sips ready and all four beans popped! Then one keeled over in its own pot. Couldn’t transplant one from the double (shock) so stuck with where they are at. The large one is showing her girl parts and I am sure that the one in the same pot isn’t far behind… gonna be a mess if the small one catches up.
The little bitty one in the pot out back/right is a sugar cube by twisted tree genetics. Thought I had lost that one and went looking for it one day, couldn’t find it! Well a week later, there she is. You will see her progress here with minimal details and more in my personal journal. Not even sure what day it is but the big girl was showing on Friday. I’ll have to include it in next post! We are at 1gpg of Megacrop in the reservoir and stepping up every feed to 3.5 gpg. I’ll hold steady there unless I have issues. Ph’d to 6.3

Pics of the girls today or actually yesterday… obviously the larger one is a little more advanced than the other two… at 2.5 gpg Megacrop, ph at 6.2-6.5.
Think I gotta do a little trim on them…
The girls are in midflower, i said ish cuz the two (one in bucket with large girl) are a little behind… pompoms are developing on those. The big girl is starting to stack. She’s a little lighter in color than what I hoped but I’ll put that down to a heavy feeder.
And the twisted tree sugar cube in the back/right has surprised me! Growing like a… well, a weed! That’s all for now folks!
Just a normal pic post, I rotated the pots and had to turn up the phlizon 1000w a little, didn’t realize it was on its lowest setting we are at about 480-500w now. The larger “yellow” girl I believe is getting starved with the other plant in the same pot. The single in the pot behind it seems good and they are getting the same 3.5 gpg Megacrop 1 part. Also the lost sugar cube is now the tallest in the tent!

Thanks for stopping in @Kspun . I am really just getting back into growing full on after a couple years of mental instability and grow failures due to life. Now that I’m stable I’ll be much more in sync with the tent(s). Starting some photos soon, pineapple Cinderella and mind peel from brothers grimm.

I am pulling the trigger and saying the two in the bucket together are in late flower… the single in its own has a bit to go yet. Gonna give the ones in the twinned bucket water only from here on out. The other singleton will be fed normally until fade starts and she is drinking less

As stated, the twinned bucket is getting water only ph’d to 6.3. The singleton is still getting 3.5gpg Megacrop one part. Singleton is getting real fat! Prob gonna give her a trim this week and let the light in. That’s all for now folks!

Took all the fan leaves, except for the ones closest to the buds. I’ll let it dry and then trim the rest. I believe it’ll be ready for a test smoke around the time i harvest the last one. Stay tuned!

I am leaving all fans closest to buds and will trim them after she dries. She was cut down minutes after photos were taken and hung in my “darkroom” that stays about 60-65 degrees all year round. Only one left to reach the finish, thinking it’ll be a couple weeks. Obviously will have to wait til that one comes down for final dry weights total. But that’s all for now.
