[Special Reserve Cookies III(Special Reserve Cookies II x Cascadian Blueberry) x Electric Bluegaloo] x Ice Cream Paint Job
Ok,7 gallon pot.soil shake n bake 101.sowed momentarily just doing initial mixing n potting up. 1C Garden Tone.1/2 cup neem n Karanja, 1C garden lime,1/2c powder.1.5c oyster power. The rest of the charcoal. 1 number 1 pots of leaf, mushie and few punches of That Blend with seaweed n things. And will use some of those Jobes tabs for initial take off hopefully..we shall see..let’s see how all this performs
With a Cup of Frass and 2 pellets. Sowed with a wee root poking out to say whasappening.
do want to clarify that those measurements for the soil n what have ya are for the whole batch I was mixing in the bin which was about 1/3 full..had 3 three gallon pots, used i broke up and dug the big roots out n tufts O material. Had a fair bit left after filling the 7 gallon. Anywho, just wanted to mention that.its not solely in that pot exclusive be good. I’m curious how it preforms the soil is truly a slap together plug n go mix. I may swap to yellow bloom bottles if it fails,or try
End of day 1. Was up last night first of the morning but day 1 was a success..let’s see if I can keep this wee thing going outside so young. Had fuzz across the top of the pot the morning too.
Thank bud. Well this one should hopefully be covered through transitioning..I hope, but will probably have to feed in flower but this batch is differently done..True shake n bake slap together basics..sonwe shall see how long she lasts depending on feeding aggression n so on..plus she don’t get a great amount of light sonshell stretch young too. So this will be interested.but generally ues, most of my souls you’re covered until sometime in flower early you’ll top coat n easy 1 or 2 step process with most my other soils tbh.
yep, thats the let’s see what happens with best prep i can give it..been 209 for a cpl days now..rains n storms for 3 or 4 days..it may come inside during that time but..
Well, got weather moving in for the week looks like..but ill stick jer in with the others inside for the duration me thinks..here she is in all her stretched out glory lol doing well though overall. Surprised something hasn’t nibbled her at all..my tending may be paying off.209,and light sprays of Spinosad and surrounding soil. Let’s see how she is when she emerges from the tent and packs on a bit of strength hopefully. Let’s see what happens
Whell, been hot, rainy lack of early sun n stuff..but doing okay ish..still inside atm..but ill let this one run but before long i may very well start a new one and run it fully inside..we shall see..let’s see what she does first.
Ok..Wheeelp,she’s running..however I’m convinced that she got slapped hard with all the heavy wet n rain and me having to move her and the soil shifting several times during early development, less sun, lots o wetness.SO!! Imma let her run just cuz..however idda already dropped another, yet insurance is having a brain fart till tomorrow. so may not get my meds till early ish next week..so mid next I plan on dropping a new Vanilla Re-Up and do her fully indoors in a better soil with better start up. Hate when that happens..Anyway,considering, she’s looking fair n spinning up already. So,she’ll gimme something i think..we shall see..until I plant anew
Ok,got a few random pics of the vanilla. Hung a dedicated auto cob right over her and has shown real improvement..so I think I’m just gonna let her run.she may be a Lil smaller but early stress can preform some wild stuff later on.but let see what she does.see how the soil I literally slapped together with little thought other than basics and granular inputs mostly..so she’ll need a top dress and a liquid hit of a cpl different things here soon. Very happy with the results considering her early hard start and re-establishing indoors..
The auto cob light making that much difference after the rough outdoor start says a lot about how important consistent light intensity is for autos through veg. The shake n bake soil approach tends to work better than most people expect because the organic matter breaks down slowly enough that the plant gets what it needs when it needs it. Curious to see how the stretch plays out now that the lighting is stabilized.
Well took a few randoms this AM after lights on..spinning up nicely, getting a bit fuller, and I think she’s finally stopped stretching. Should be a lovely wee plant
Often performs rather well for the most part.I was planning on outdoors but with soooo much rain i decided to keep her inside..plus as ya may have read too that the super heavy wet soil kept shifting everytime id move her.and that did t help early development either real test in early sturdiness of the genetics which passed with flying colors..and once she stabilized she had some left n took off which was awesome..having run his stuff before I kinda expected that in some manner and was pleasantly surprised. Thanks for stopping in bud much appreciated
Well,I got Bloom Yellow Bottles coming..imma hit em Mid week but will hit em Tomorrow with what I have until then..sun leaves are getting a little lighter than I’d like. But frosty, smelly lovely. And looking good..sorry for the rough start but damn its a test and this far still preforming spectacularly if I say so myself and all this is taken into consideration. Anwho, thank ya and enjoy the day
