New Grower Hope She's Gentle. It's My First Time! - Think Different

FREE... What up, man? I hear what you're sayin', bro. So many different theories, so many different techniques! It's hard for a newb like me to determine what is what, and which way to go! This is something I must eventually test out for myself, too. Right now, I just decided to go with what I got. When it's time to chop, I'm chopping. Not gonna go out of my way to stretch her time out any further than what I want it to be, but at the same time, if I can squeeze in some flush time, I'm gonna go ahead and do it, just because it to offers me a bit of ease of mind. By all means, bro, keep up with the suggestions and advice, and don't start playing the role of the silent bystander! You know I'll consider your information as quickly as I will the next man's!
:bump:

Amazing grow! I have high temps too but plants seems to just keep growing!

Sorry, I'm late to the party...

They look amazin'! Great grow!

I almost hesitate to ask a question, but your measurements yesterday caused me to think. I think you posted that your feeding solution pH was 6.4. Your runoff pH was 6.8 and your soil was 6.4 (calculated??). With those in/out measurements wouldn't that make your soil 7.2, not 6.2, or is it that I don't understand the pH calculation?

Thanks, Ego. I appreciate the compliment! I'm running a co2 bucket, too, so I think that may help her deal with the high temps. Thanks for stopping by my journal, and feel free to do so anytime!

It's just one plant, but she just has a big ass cluster of buds because I didn't get the light height right and the nodes grew kind of close. You know what? I'm still trying to figure out the pH. Here's the thing; I make sure my Hannah pH meter is calculated damn near every time I use it, and my CWP A8 Soil pH & Moisture Tester is on point, so I don't know what is up with the runoff coming out so high! The solution going in, and the soil usually have pretty much the same pH, but they were a bit off yesterday for some reason. The high runoff does bother me a bit, but not as much as it used to. I figure the buds are big, dense, sticky, and sweet smelling, so in the grand scheme of things, everything going on inside the air pot must be all good!
Better late than never Bayes! Thanks for taking the time to stop through my journal. If you ever have any input, advice, or constructive criticism, let yourself be heard cuz I still got a lot to learn!

Looks sticky and yummy! Keep up the good work and stay frosty ;)

Thanks, Lemmy! This first grow has got me completely hooked! This is my first grow, but definitely won't be my last, and hopefully each grow gets stickier and frostier!

What kind of phone are you using?? I've got an older samsung but the picture quality is better than my fancy pro cam.. especially for close ups.

I got the Samsung Galaxy S4. Last night, I found this "Revolver Lens" (http://ztylus.com/), which is supposed to enable the Galaxy to do incredible macro shots. I am hoping to be able to get my hands on it before too long so I can really start taking some nice pics of my future girls as they come up.
