First time trying. A friend who uses canna a/b suggested it and then overdrive for last couple weeks for late flower to finish. The canna p/k for mid flower. I trust him so I’m trying something new. I’ve used GH nutes all along. How do you like the stuff? I actually just ordered some
Early TO mid flowering, not flowering earlyAre you saying youre in mid flower 2 weeks early?
More on this subject, i have no idea how plants respond to shilajit, they may love it or it could be snake oil. But looking into the product itself among many manufacturers, it is commonly, but not always manufactured thru a “biological fermentation process” using different types of fungus that can and sometimes are phytotoxic to all plants. The thing is the levels of these phytotoxic compounds can vary from company to company, and arent regulated in any way. It does seem to contain alot of things plant require, NPK are in there, micros, fulvics yada yada but no info on the quantities of these either. Also plants require different things at different stages of life, its why im not sold on one part base nutrients. It would be cool to see a plant grown in a sterile medium with nothing but shilajit, id even be down to try it myself, if that shilajit wasnt so expensive!I dont believe anything stated by companies trying to sell a product. And the buds dont look impressive enough to switch nutrient lines. Dont get me wrong they look like they were grown okay. But nothing special that good plant care and knowledge can produce. Dont buy into company hype, you will waste your money.
Thanks for chiming in with that. I had no idea it could be manufactured like that. When i was scooping my shilajit, (i used bulk supplements) i was wondering how so many companies could be offering mineral pitch. Theres limited sites you can harvest from. I was wondering where it all comes from? It makes sense now. Its fungus powder! lol. I got the powdered cheaper version so its probably fungus powder.More on this subject, i have no idea how plants respond to shilajit, they may love it or it could be snake oil. Do you know anything about Overdrive? It seems that plant feeds only need to list NPK. Is it primarily different forms of phosphorus and potassium? Its advertised to reboot the flowering cycle somehow but doesnt go into detail exactly.. but im guessing theres other things in itFirst time trying. Id totally do a shilajit grow if it was sponsored. hint hint any companies looking to promo.
I wish i skipped it and just went with fulvic acid. I dont have enough fulvic acid to mix with my nutrients, only for foliar spray.
I know nothing about these nutes man, I’m just following advice from my buddy for this run. I’ve never bothered to learn which nutrients do what for a plant, no interest there at all.Do you know anything about Overdrive? It seems that plant feeds only need to list NPK.
