Lemon Z - Dutch Passion - Growing Contest 24/25 - EU/UK/US

Day 101/54 flower. They are still chugging water like crazy and I been feeding more often in last week just pushing a lil. They look amazing. The taller one I had to tie up because branches are so long and the buds are dense and heavy. I feel I’ll have to tie up some more soon. I did take a lil sampler to try a couple days ago and just finished it and it’s a very nice smoke I only let it hang maybe 5 days and no cure and it was refreshing and very lemon, I really enjoyed it. The potency is up there with this one for sure and definitely will get your fingers sticky if you touch it. My friend I shared it with says it’s top 3 best weed he ever had. It makes me even more excited to get these girls done and hanging. Some pistils are changing to orange so it shouldn’t be much longer. Glad to see everyone’s plants are amazing. This has been a good experience and I hope to do more in future. I’ve got my eye set on couple Dutch Passion autos I plan to get soon and also another photo. I’m very happy with how the LemonZ has done and can’t complain they have handled everything I’ve thrown at em and still just keep drinking and drinking. Very near future I plan on having some more Dutch Passion gear.

Are those all the same strain? #3 is a beast compared to the other two. Very nice!

Day 108/ 61 of flower. Getting closer to maturity I’m seeing more amber and orange hairs on the shorter plant of the two. The taller one I’m still not seeing any amber tricromes. Definitely going to have a heavy harvest. I’m getting closer to chopping them I may chop shorter one this week and maybe if ready the taller one next week. Try split up some of the trimming, although it appears the trimming shouldn’t be too bad with this strain which is always a plus. She is a very stout plant the shorter structure was probably my favorite as the taller one needed more attention later in flower with trying to tie it up from collapsing from weight of the buds.

Looking quite nice!
If I'm going to veg that long, there's going to be quite a bit of:naughtystep::naughtystep::naughtystep::naughtystep::naughtystep:!!!!

I haven't made my mind up when I grow this girl if I'm going to keep the Bluemat with rings and 20gal pots or the Tray2Grow with the big bed.

I want to see you grow it in either 20 gallon or tray2grow both would be very interesting depending on which structure plant you have. Guaranteed you will enjoy growing her, and the smoke is top notch.

And I think I'll still go with the Blue mat system with the rings. I'll get that system dialed in on this upcoming run and hopefully by then I will have it down pat. When I grow this girl, I will be moving from 15 gallons to 20 gallons so it shouldn't have to change the settings on the carrot any with it being a deep unit.

I ended up getting almost 6oz each plant in about 4.5 gallons in a fabric pot! 20gallons will get you the roots for pounds!!!

Day 93/46 in flower. The buds are getting dense and covered in trichromes. Each plant has a strong lemony smell but each has their own aroma, different but having lemon in the front one more candied lemon candy while other is more lemon cough drop is my opinion. So far I am really liking what I’m seeing and the ability of this cultivar to take pretty good regular feedings and just never slows down. The smell is hitting me in the face around my walk from driveway to door I get a good whiff when I’m returning home from work each day.
I understand the finish time for contest is approaching but that’s not my main concern, it’s if rather use every day available and take them to the end of their growth. I just can’t harvest early I owe it to the plants and myself. So now that’s not concern, I’m going to pour my all into these plants for the upcoming days I have no doubt they are going to be xl at the least. The way they keep feeding I may have stake up taller one I’ve noticed the weight starting to take a toll. Smaller one prob holding most weight but the structure is amazing and showing no sign of stress. I’m happy with how it has gone and all contestants have performed very well while also being helpful to one another. :jump::goodluck::toke:

Very potent mate and solid flower to leaf ratio, just looking lovely!
Little bit more wide/open structure, but damn, that last picture! :pop:Suits the name well :eyebrows:
Big f**king plants! Especially that third one.. what a :growing:

Isn't it possible that every third plant in the row belonged together? Each time number 3 seems a bit off compared to the rest..
Just thinking out loud here :haha:

How are you liking the terps on this one?
