Here is a update I'm digging this light it is strong . I'm blown away by the coverage it sprawls just nice it covers four plants evenly I do not need to rotate the plants at all. Yes my man she is doing exactly what it was advertised to do.
I'm sorry it is what I usually start out at seedlings 48 inches veg depending on how she syretches but usually 25 inches and budding 15 to 20 inches give or take a bit depending on the plant.
 
NICE! They look like they are Bursting out the pots LOL SEXY!
They are coming along just nice for sure. They will start and put the real weight on. We have been getting as low as minus 38 celcius and I still can control the enviorment I also added thick rubber matting under my tents and to keep the toasty warm. I have seen years where I have thrown blankets on the tent when I first started lol. Here is a bud that finished out under the Pro Cob 1000 a photo sticky finger s with a super lemon tast and smell. I really dig this herbs from seed stockers
