Alright. Now that I have some experience with Remo Nutrients and I find myself in a need to do a bumpercrop for the late summer, I desided to make this my official second round growing with Remo Nutrients in DWC. If you checked out my last attempt you realized that even though I got really good results, I got some Ca -issues that kept bugging me. I want to correct that and give it another try, this time taking the need to add MagNifiCal seriously.

Started one Auto Ultimate -seed from Dutch Passion. Very reliable strain that is hardy and is capable of delivering massive crops. One of my favourites to grow as it is so forgiving yet still provides tasty medicine that my patient also likes a lot as part of her regular daily medication.

I am intenting to drop all the fancy stuff and go as brutally simple I dare. Started the seed in plain water where I simply just added VeloKelp, 1,5 ml per litre. I didn't even pH the water as it seemed to settle to 6.3 pH simply by adding VeloKelp. Love it man. It has been a week from when the seedling popped from the rockwool.

Lights used: 2 x HS1 (I start with just 1)

You can also use the VeloKelp as a foliar spray. I was told to use 10ml/litre for it and it seems to work wonderfully. Of course you can adjust strength for whichever week you're on or sensitivity of your strain(s). Looking great though, can't wait to see more!

Thank you and welcome True_Mako! :toke: That is very interesting. Generally I don't do foliar sprays at all but I am sure interested on products like optic foliar for those times when there are any issues with my plants. I just haven't been able to acquire any at my location. This is a promising start and knowing how AutoUltimate behaves, I bet it is going to just rocket from here.

It's always good to watch Remo's videos or visit their website for the full run down of what each of their nutrient line up parts are for.

They don't give the most organised list so I thought I'd better space it. This is from their website though.

Propagation: Promotes vigorous root development and assists with reducing transplant shock.

Vegetative Cycle: Helps with the generation of new shoots and appendages.

Flowering Cycle: Assists with nutrient uptake

All of these things are important if you want a really healthy plant. I probably should've mentioned that you only want to do foliage sprays during the vegetation stage.
