Today I declared war on my grow room temps.
I know, I know ... What I really need to do is drill a hole in the fucking wall.
But right now - as in TODAY - that's not an option, and I need to get these temps where I want them to be.

Soooooo ... first 'easy fix' sorted.
Light schedule has been dropped back to 18/6.
It was only a matter of time anyway.
It's the Sweet Seeds recommendation for their genetics, so why not do as the breeder suggests?

Key point being, I can time the lights off period with the hottest part of the day.
An extended Spanish siesta.

Those 6 hours of lights off, with the air-con on thermostat bring the temps down to the optimal minimum before the lights come back on in the evening, should bring a lot of relief to the heat stressed babies.

I still have to drill a hole to the outside for the air-con exhaust ... but ... It should give some immediate relief until I work out a more permanent solution.
Drill under the floor boards and let the hot air escape there that's what I have done works great

Floorboards?

I have an old farmhouse with original stone floor in the basement.

Yeah.
It shot up vertically so quick, it flew too close to the sun.

Nope.
No crawl space.

Lights off conditions in tent;

Min: 25.5 °C
Max: 26.5 °C

Humidity: 44 - 50 RH%

What's up Yoz! I'm really glad to have found this thread! I'm pulling up a chair and excited to see what you put out for us this time. Is this your first grow using the Connoisseur base nutrients? I picked them up and I'm going to give them run on my next grow when I get back in town. I think we're basically running most of the same stuff, I've just cut back a few things to see if I can save some cost.
