Plants are really nice mate, looking frosty and very healthy.
Last night I was thinking about the problem with the caterpillar larvae and how to attack them and the idea is to use a thermal viewer to find the larvae hehehe
It sounds crazy, but I needed to share it

Or maybe is a good idea?

Given the electrical issues, the nute toxicity, the stem boring caterpillars and the horse sized grasshoppers, its a mirale they exist at all !!

It's a still night, the window is open, the girls are about 25 metres from the house, but I swear I can smell them on the evening air.

Advanced Nutrients B-52 @ 1.0 ml/l

COMMENTS:

Campus Cafeteria was open today.
Menu offered a 'lite' selection for the girls.
They're still looking a little 'burnt', so upped the quantity and lowered the nutes - EC now down to 1.8 by lowering the Advanced Nutrients Connoisseur Bloom A+B base nutes, which I concluded [rightly or wrongly] was the source of the K-tox.
In my head, upping the quantity of feeding and lowering the nutrient EC is similar to giving them a very gentle detox - like an introductory colonic irrigation.
We'll find out the reality shortly, I guess.

Zero signs of caterpillars.
Zero signs of bud rot.
Zero time to rest or think the job is done.
Zero tolerance.

FYI ... The smell from the garden 20-25 metres away, wafting through an open window into the lounge, is to die for.
It's getting really, really strong, and it's only Day 51.

No feeding today.
I'll probably give another application of Snake Killer tonight.
Just to keep on top of it.

Other than the tiny infection detailed in this post in another Journal, I can't see any other signs in the entire garden, but you just don't know.
I'd rather be overly cautious and paranoid, than falsely confident.
