1800w is a load of light already….but if you can swallow the extra cost why not, not sure it will equate to 25% extra weight though…you're right decisions.. decisions.
The tent is a big bit of real estate, so kinda thought I'd need the direct wattage to give them the light they want, 'cos they're not getting the full extent of secondary reflective light with the mylar walls being at such a distance.
Am I over-thinking it?
Besides ... call it first grow paranoia ... but I don't want to risk fluffy buds from being too miserly.
My motivation was more fear based; i.e. a case of 'can't afford not to', in contradistinction to 'can't afford it'.
Think you need a little reality check….you're kicking my ass this grow.your buds are as developed as mine, growth is slightly better in your garden from what i can see, and you don't seem to battling with any def, like i am. and it's your first grow. don't sell yourself short my friend, that's an epic grow you've got going on.
Gave them about 30 minutes after the lights clicked back on, to allow them time to become acclimatised to conditions before serving their smörgåsbord of carefully selected, hand picked Bloom nutes.
Droopy girl, Cream Caramel 1 perked up within 15 minutes of water hitting soil.
It's too late to throw on my paparazzi attire - my eyes are demanding pillow time and - if I'm honest - I can't be assed faffing about at this time of night, so I'll take photos in the morning, at the same Bat-time, same Bat-channel ...
HOWEVER ... before I forget, here's the other info ...
The main focus before I caught some ZZZzzzZZZzzz's was the signal the girls gave me that they were hungry, and that they had been given a hearty breakfast, but that I couldn't be assed taking photos.
