Well we got about 35 seedlings out of soil and the few I Accidently killed and I'd say it was a 98% germ success! Now just waiting to see if I spot anything the same or different about these little ones I'm going to start popping two or three to a 32oz cups to fill out the gl40 tent.... Should give me some really good options to look for the ones to take to f2. jpg.html]

Edit: upon looking a bit closer and after smoking some dank I notice that majority of the seedlings first leaves are very serated vs the few that have edges that are not as serated... So I guess our first notation of an observable phenotype could be SS or Ss (for serated edges) and ss for not as serated. We can also see some are taller and some are shorter... It looks about half and half to me... Tt TT(tall) Tt or tt (short) we have Tt listed twice as half the population are tall and half are short so we can not be sure which characteristic is dom or rec.... Or could there be more than one location in the sequence that denotes height? Lol I think I'm getting ahead of myself...
Unfortunately she didn't get hit I don't believe in time but have another really sati look pheno that looks nothing like the LR genes... Out of the 5or 6 ladies I've popped just one has that LR look to it.... The purple chem is a bitch to reverse will try CS or new batch of sts to reverse another one.
Just wanted to give a pic update of the durrtyxdurrty crosses to niagara/shiva x millennium bud (dr green gear that was a freebie from a private breeder that made the cross that I got as a freebie in 2007. This gal here was hit with the x18 also... Next step is to see if these f1's bred together will show any autos... Super frosty looking lady.
Here is the other very non look ing lowryder purple chem x LR.... Hopefully this one will have a couple of seeds from the poorly pollen producing male.....
Also loved that this pheno starting flowering and throwing pistil from day 1 of going into 12/12
And oh So many bud sites all over this gal she's :beast: for being in a .8 gal airpot
Well just a update on the 2006 Female Seeds Northern Lights… i think I'll let her go another week or two and than she is going to get the chop...
I was able to successfully clone her and reverse the clone and hit another clone of her with the pollen. I preserved the line… I still have one more bean from that pack, that i'll get around to popping one of these days and hit it with the collected reverse pollen.
Here is the seeded lady that was chopped tonight:
These will be available as freebies over at RCMC in very limited quantity.
