Its some times called black treacle and can be found in most supermarkets. I add once every 7-14 days
I disolve 1tsb in a cup of boiling water then add to 1 gallon of water

You should measure the PH of your runoff also and then adjust accordingly. I have to put in PH 7.2 water to get runoff around 6.5. Depends on your soil.

PhotoLog UPdate Auto Short Rider Fem - 46th day

I'm out for the week so I asked someone to step over my house and water my plant. I also asked for some photos as I'm a bit concerned about the lack of Mg/Ca. The bottom leaves are now almost completely burned but the upper ones look OK for now. The flowers are much bigger that the last time I saw them. There aren't big Buds but, due to the size of my plant, I can't say I'm sad. It looks like a good crop for a 1st grow, don't u think? Maybe it's to early to talk about it..

Anyhow, here are the photos, some of them are unfocused!

Not really going to be a good crop for your first grow to be honest but I do think you will yield 5x more with what you have learned on your second grow
