New Grower Yellow light 2100k can Hermie yoour Auto?

Hello guys again
I heard that autos may hermie on you if you start them under yellow light 2100k instead of the blue white 6400k. is this Accurate? should I avoid red lights until flower starts vigorously?

Hi Peter, I've never heard that before. Herms are caused by stress so I'd guess if you hit the plant with the the wrong light it just wouldn't grow but maybe it would herm. It's an interesting question. I bet someone here will have an answer. Peace
