Hey Now!
What a difference a day (or four) makes!
Things are really popping now. It’s officially 16 days out of the soil and they look just about on schedule.
Last night they got their first real feeding. I used NFTG, Roman regimen with some added benes of course. I love using beneficial microbes and feed the soil regularly with them and humics and some AACT tea.

Morning Folks,
Day 27 in my garden today. Things are looking good. The Bomb seeds arrived so I’ll be getting those in the soil this week. Yeah Baby, 3W’s got a garden again!!

Holy Cow,
February , I should be ashamed of myself. . .
It’s been a busy year so far. Hurt myself and basically put me out of action for about six weeks. Also being fully vaccinated I have returned to the office full time as well.
Lots of good things going on in the garden. The biggest thing at the moment is the environment. I have an air conditioner, humidifier, dehumidifier, exhaust fan, and heater set up on wireless InkBird controllers. The is has enabled me to keep my temps at 76 day and 74 night and VPD at 1.2 or .9 as needed. Auto watering thanks to autopots although I have only 4 I’m not sure I want more. Thinking about some blumats for my felt pots.
I have a decent feeding regimen going although recently I’ve been chasing deficiencies here and there. I have come to a bit of an epiphany about it all. TOO much light! Well not enough to harm the plant but enough so that I cannot keep up with the nutrient input it needs to flourish. Cannabis can take a lot of light but, and it’s a bigun, the more light input the more of the other inputs are needed, those being food and water.
IOW, when you add more light you need to add more food and water. That’s a very simple summation of a complex process, but it does make the point! So to that point I have purchased a meter that measures lux and am saving for a Quantum meter for PPFD, DLI kind of thing. Once that’s altogether I’ll be playing with color again to attempt to manipulate growth patterns. EG: blue for compact, far red for stretch, green for . . . Who knows!

Here it is August 7, 2021. My last post was 7/10/21, so much for keeping up!
I’m pleased to announce that I’m getting ready to start my big photoperiod run. All the seeds are regular as well, back to old school for 3-Dubs! I’m a little nervous I must say. One of the strains is quite fussy in regards to environment so hopefully I’m up for it. Have three (3) varieties to grow. From Super Sativa Seed Club we have Kees Old School Haze and Karel’s Haze and from a generous friend we have some LambsBreath/bread.
Today I’m making 12 1gal. Felt pots with Nectar For The Gods #4 soil. Going to soak them good and inoculate with some benes and NFTG goodies. Planning on putting the seeds in next weekend. I have a few girls finishing up yet to get out of the way.

I think I will start here!
Mrs. WWW and I have not been at our best health wise these last few months. I am pleased to report that things are beginning to look up and we are getting back to our lives. Slowly but we are getting back to the things we enjoy and for me that means my gardens!!
Speaking of gardens, my last grow was just awful. Due to the problem mentioned above I was not able to take care of it. Fortunately I have a good set-up. The lights from @Cultiuana and @Les @HLG I think were responsible for the decent enough product, that, along with the automation for environment made it so I got at least something. Nothing I would want to show anyone, much less attempt to show these great lights and what they are capable of!!
Which brings me to my current line of thought and a new direction for what I will be doing here at Chez' WWWillie. I harvested a reasonable amount of mediocre product. I know it's not great because I've grown some of these strains before and this crop is not of that quality. So, what to do, what to do?? EXTRACTS!! Yes, extracts are what's next.
Stay tuned as I attempt to process this into some beautiful oils and shatters etc. The plan is QWET, winterize, vacuum still, and whatever else to get it to where I want. Should be able to make some nice cart filling, stuff for my lotions, gummies, etc. I've been looking at all the ways to process, and there are many, many of them. This seems to be the best way to real top shelf product on a consistent basis for a reasonable entry fee. As usual I will DIY as much as I can. Still expect to spend a few hundred $$ to get going but after that it's just ethanol, dry ice, and cannabis to produce some pretty cool stuff.

Hey,
Okay 18 clones cut and put in the TurbKloner after being dipped in cloning gel. They’ve been growing for some time and the stems were pretty woody, more that I like, but hopefully I’ll get them to root. 6 each of some @SuperSativaSeedClub_John Creeper, and two plants that were gifted to me this last spring. Fingers crossed.

On the extract front I was thrilled when I got the shipping notice for the 200 proof ethanol. I was sure it would not ship to my state. Whew! Also payday so I am ordering a vacuum pump, Büchner funnel, Erlenmeyer flask, etc. today. This will be my first foray into QWET and I’m pretty excited. Next up is the vacuum still so I can reclaim that $$$ solvent.

Ordered a bunch of stuff. Vacuum pump came Sunday but it was broken, so it's replacement is on the way. Bruckner funnel, vacuum flask, and assorted stuff on the way too.
So, hopefully the clones will root and my stuff will arrive and I will get busy again!
