When I started growing autos, I pretty much stayed with the first generation(?) of auto flowering strains....Easy Ryder, AK47, Lowryder, etc. but I've been having difficulty with some of the newer strains. I recently grew a strain called "Flash". I was doing 18/6, and after 6 weeks, (and no sign of flowering), I decided to go 12/12. Lo and behold, she started to flower!! But that turned out to be a grow of nearly 5 months duration. I now have a WOS Pakistan Ryder going on day # 51 and she looks nothing like the pics I've seen here. I was hoping to be smoking this by the New Year, but I fear that may not be the case. These pics were taken today. Pakistan Rryder 11-29-11 1.jpgPakistan Rryder 11-29-11 2.jpg
Peace! :peace:

I think that strain takes about 70-80 days. Seems only a few are 8 week duration. I am growing the WOS Afghan Kush Ryder. Your plants look lovely.

Looks like you might have gotten a bush pheno on the Paki Ryder. Autos, being relatively new, aren't fully stabilized yet so may show several different phenotypes. In my experience bush pheno tend to take a little longer. I don't see any yellowing of your fan leaves yet, so I would think you're looking at another 3 weeks or so, maybe 4. I expect your buds will put on a lot more weight over the next few weeds. Paki Ryder is a great strain with a powerful indica hit. It's a favorite.

I dont know if you checked my grow journal but this is my pakistan ryder at 7 weeks. Mine aint that bushy. I think I will harvest at 9 weeks from seed. I will start flushing one plant tomorrow because it grows so fast :)

What's her measurements spontcumb if you don't mind me asking. She looks like she could put on a good amount of bid weight. I've heard of some people pulling some serious yields with the pak Ryder. She's a good looking plant.

I agree with Muddy that it seems you got a less common bushy pheno. Mine was more compact with just a main cola & 4 side branches. I chopped at 63 days and I couldn't have gone much longer as she was starting to get crispy. Yours is looking really nice but getting it cured by New Years will probably be a challenge.

The lady is 20 inches tall with a "wing span" of 24 inches. It's "dripping" in bud sites, and the buds are really starting to fatten up. I'm not holding my breath but, I'm thinking she's going to be a monster producer. I'm hoping for at least an oz. But I really think it's gonna be more than that. Thanks for the input y'all. It's much appreciated!! :peace: :toke:

I see a little red in your stems and some brown on the leaf tips that look like it could be a P deficiency. If your pH is good and not causing a nute lockout, I'd hit them with something high in P like PK13.14. It will help to fatten up those buds. Looks like a good producer, over an oz. for sure.
