Hi today marks the beginning of week 7 of flower. I have had a pretty easy time up until week 6 unless you count the time in week 5 when OG13 decided to fall over on me! haha but i got her all tied up now.. never had a plant so big as this is the first time i will be harvesting something other than autos. Anyways each plant has its own specific problem. If you can help with either one that would be great.
My conditions are as follows:
Soil: 5 gal
OF w/ lime and epsom salt added a couple tsp of each
Nutes: trio + molasses
Lights: ~ 500 Watts of CFL.. i know i know im working on upgrading after this run
Temps: Daytime:78-82 Night: 72-75
Humidity: which has been a problem from the start 55-75% it was reading HI for a while then i got it down to 75 then got a dehumidifier from a friend which now isnt working it keeps freezing up... i took it apart and cleaned it but still no luck. I would get another one but with one 2 weeks left on MK and 3-4 weeks left on the OG im hoping to scrape by without mold.
I think i might of screwed up when i recycled the water from the dehumidifier because i ph'd the same as my tap water which is around 7.3-7.6 only to realize that mistake over two weeks later and saw the ph of the recycled water was 6.3-6.5 form the get go so i might of messed with the ph... i only used that water 2-3 times so im hoping things are okay.
enough talking heres what i need help with.
The first is the MK which i think is something to do with ca or mg? as stated only 2 weeks left before chop so she got her last feeding tonight so im not so much concerned as i would like to know the cause so i can prevent it in the future.
The second the OG which i think is Phosphorus but im not sure... once again maybe the PH had something to do with it.. but let me know your thoughts.
Im done using the trio after this run as i always seem to have issues once i hit the half way mark of flowering... i have read about the OF breaking down and doing whacky things to ph and i from experience have always had issues as soon as i introduce Tiger Bloom.. I will be switching over to Blue Mountain Organics and once i use up the rest of the soil i have i will be trying hempy buckets for my C99 grow and then look to be mixing my own soil in 2013... woah thats scary to think about.
