New Grower Will my roots die?

So im moving to a country that has power outages but its only like twice a week for like 6hrs tops at a time, i plant on growing in dwc, will it kill my roots to not give it oxygen for like 4-6 hrs like twice a week? Btw i have a very powerful commercial pump if it means anything?

Is there any way to set up a battery back up as it will not kill them but it could stun them ...

You can always time your lights to the power outage but those plants getting shocked twice a week will hurt ya.. Maybe just go soil and you have no worries ...
