This plant is a month old, real short, and getting a leave problem. The soil is FFOF with nothing but well water and 5 ml Cal Mag added so far. what's wrong with this please? Mars 900 light 18 inches away, 75-80 degrees and 50% rh. If more Cal Mag is needed, please recommend an amount. Thanks.

Well I killed a few plants in my day using a combination of fox farm ocean forest and well water. You really need to know as much as you can about your well water particularly what's your EC or total dissolved solids. If there high like mine are then you end up with the soil that starts off a little too hot for cannabis plants in the first place and you end up adding salts to your medium every time you water. The salts end up causing all kinds of lockout problems. Cal Mag is certainly necessary with Fox Farm ocean Forest especially when you use LEDs but it's also another source of salt in your soil. Especially if you don't get good run off each and every time you water and keep the plant from soaking that run off Backup.

Thanks for the advice- the water is 90 ppm. How much Cal Mag plus would you recommend per gallon and what else should I do to keep leaves from yellowing which has been a recurring problem. Thanks again.

So if the yellowing leaves has been a reoccurring problem have you been plucking them off? From looking at your plant, I'd say it's a bit nitrogen toxic most of the newer growth is very dark green and kind of curling under at the tips. Calcium deficiency would usually show up as rust colored spots on your leaves.

When you water do you water to run off? Meaning the Oulet about 10 or 15% of the water run out the bottom and then drain at off somewhere? If not you might have a bit of nutrient locked at going on and it could be better just to do some gentle Flushing.
