Hi.
this is my first run abs I was excited and thought my leaves were oriole but have now been told she is sick. I need some expert help.
thank you in advance.

Problem: general healt

Medium/grow method:
Organic soil - NLS ORGANIC super soil concentrate layer method. Bottom 3rd. 4 gallon plastic pot.
Feed: and supplements used:
Nothing until week 6. Looked sick so top dressed 3 tea spoon of roots organic terp tea bloom. Nothing else.

water source: tap water. Ph 6.5-6.8

Strain/age: 7 weeks 3 days. White widow auto flower from crop kings. Was a 8 week cycle but am almost at 8 weeks and no where near ready.

light used: spider farmer sf-2000

Climate: 4x2 grow tent. 65-75 degrees. 40-50% rh. Since flower main cola has been at 14 inches from light.

Additional info: at the start of its life I def over watered but thought it was corrected. Now water with ph water when dry. Know by weight of pot. I thought it was doing ok and the purple leaves were a good thing. But Ihave been told I’m wrong. I honestly don’t know what to do but am open to any info. Thank you for taking the time to help. Let me know if I can do anything else/provide more details.

You need to elaborate on your soil.

What you need to learn about watering will come with practice. Here are the basic rules: Never let the soil dry out. Soil and or coco can become hydrophobic if allowed to dry. This means it repels water. This in turn will create dry pockets in the soil and roots there will die. If your soil - coco have accidentally dried out use a surfactant to help re-wet it. I like yucca powder. Don't let soil remain soggy by watering too much too often. Root rot, damping off, molds, fungus gnats and other problems start in soggy soil. When you do water water the entire pot. How to learn when to water starts before you plant the seed. Fill your container with fresh soil/coco and weigh it (heft it) this is the lightest weight and consider it a dry pot. Now slowly water until the soil/coco will no longer absorb the water and run-off begins; weigh the pot (heft it) this is the maximum water, the wettest the pot can get. The difference between wettest and driest is the maximum water weight, for ease of explanation lets just say the water weighs 20 pounds. When the pot loses 10 pounds (half of the water weight) it is time to water again. There is an art to watering.

It looks like a strong micro-nutrient deficiency but what is causing it? I need to know all about your soil and water and the PH in the root zone.

Do you have Fulvic Acid 5 parts, Kelp 2 parts and B-vitamins to make a foliar spray?

Wow thank you for taking the time to write all that. So since this was my first run I used organic potting soil from Home Depot. I have since learned that was dumb and switched to fox farm for next run. I did use natures living super soil concentrate in the Home Depot souls. I love the weighting the pot trick and will use it going forward. As far as what I have I will show you.now. But I have a great hydroponic store down the street abs will get whatever I need. The super soil was supposed to get the plant from seed to harvest with just water, but I don’t think it’s a good product. I won’t use again. If you have a soil recipe/company you can suggest I’d appreciate it and will def take your advice abs cook my own/buy whatever you recommend. Id be willing to try cocoa. My main thing is wanting to keep it organic or damn close

I aerate my water and ph to 6.5-6.8. Don’t have a soil ph meter but will go buy one. I’ve read good things about blue pen. I have never used those nutrients except the bloom dry nutrients as a top dressing. I was saving the nutrients for next grow where I’m not using the super soil concentrate because after starting read some bad things. I’m scared to burn it but now think it may be deficient

Ok cool, add 1.5 teaspoons of the Roots terp tea Bloom and 1.5 teaspoons of the Roots terp tea Grow per gallon of water and aerate over night PH to 6.3 and fertigate the plant with it to a small run-off Just to be sure the entire pot is getting fertilized Then just water at 6.3 PH the next two times it needs it then fertigate with the same mix and we will go from there.

Get the Fulvic Acid, Kelp and B-vitamins ASAP or Earth Juice Microblast to do a foliar application - only once. Spray 2 hours after lights on or two hours before lights out.

Wow man I can’t thank you enough. Heading to hydro store now to get the items noted. I have also started the “tea” for application tomorrow.

Could you recommend a parts per gallon for the foliar spray? Or recipe. I will keep you updated. Again thank you for tour help. I feel like I owe you so please let me know if I can do anything for ya.

Also sorry if this is dumb. Tried to google so I didn’t have to bother you, but found a million different opinions abs I want to stick with one, which is yours. I trust you and already know your a good person just by reading your past posts abs seeing how you communicate with me. So the dumb question is how much would you be spraying on 1 plant. I’ll make a full batch for measurement purposes but wouldn’t think I would spray much. Maybe a half lieter at most, like one spray bottle. Main question do you ph a spray same as water?

You have to follow the directions on the products you buy as to the strength.

I use NPK industries Raw Products. If you get them get the Yucca Powder as well. It is a surfactant and I use it in my reservoir and in foliar sprays.

in 1 gallon of water mix 1/4 teaspoon of Fulvic Acid, 1/16 teaspoon of Kelp, 1/32 teaspoon of B-vitamin and 1/32 teaspoon of Yucca Powder.

or just get the Microblast and follow the instructions on the bottle.
