Shes taken a bit longer than my other plants the trichomes are where I want them however it's still producing white pistils most are amber I wouldn't want to harvest when shes going to grow more.

Well yeah I am still feeding her that could be it I most likely should have been feeding water the last few weeks

I don't ever feed just water, I am not convinced that it helps anything. I just gradually dial back the nutes to maybe 600 EC or so, and keep them there until chop. Since she is being fed, she is seriously into eating her fans, so she is getting close no matter the pistils. What are your trichs like?
All cloudy for the most part with a small amount of amber.

If those are the trichs on your buds, I would watch the amber until you reach your target, and then chop regardless of the pistils. Just make sure that you are not judging by the trichs on your sugar leaves. But you'd best pay attention to more experienced advice if it is contrary to mine.
At any rate, I think you are getting close.
I always make sure to check the actually buds the sugar leaves are always a little off I'll keep looking at the trichs
