Gnome Automatics White JEM/Black Dragon

So i have some sad news, that large plant that hasnt shown sex....is a male. little fucker showed tonight and its rather irritating, but OK. 3 out of the other 4 dragons are female. I already had a male picked out but i think that may change given the size of this guy after all the stress. hes big and stout and has some serious skunky smell. I mean as soon as i touch him the think reeks of skunk asshole. He will go to the PC cab to gather his naughty parts. His pollen is what will hit the females in the second lot.

the second round of Jems are doing a lot better. It was stated buy @Grim Reefer about the male to female ratio in the first lot but i know it was from the stress, this time different story. There were 11 whites and 6 are female. Way better ratio than the last round that had all the stress going on.

Pics later tonight

Depends on what you are looking for, but I'd got for the one on the right. He looks real good to me. I dont see much color in the male from a few post back, but even a good camera doesn't compare to the naked eye! Looking good FD!

ah good eye mate, its going to be the selection male i think hes big, has the ability to sustain high stress and is healthy as hell. The one from a few posts back has slight color and being in the light shaded the color that was there. Its not real strong but its there, i like the idea of it being able to take stress over the color of the plant, i can get the color later....maybe.

I dont know if you know my history but i have been gifted colored stock and still pull the whites out of them. I have been growing off and on for a while and have yet to have a colored beauty. Hence the white knight as my avatar

I do not know your history. I have seen you around in passing and have seen a few of your older grows. Guess the white night has had some good grow karma on the White pheno.(not a bad thing to have) Pleasure to finally meet you FD! My kind of canna folk! Working out the stresses of a line is, in my book a deciding factor of keeping it around. Color is nice, but It has been my experience that the darker or purple phenos in most strains, lack the hammer behind the high. I'll take quality over quantity any day of the week. I have recently gotten into dabbing and look for the hammer and the flavor. I crossed a Nicely colored Stone Dragon male with a Dutch Passion Auto Blackberry Kush mom and the F1's came out REAL good. Going to work that down the line a bit and see what I come up with. Going to run some black dragons and do a seed run after these, so 2016 is going to be a great year for repros for me and others! :eyebrows:

Id go for the one thats smells the best. Nothing like pungent cannabis. But i guess teh strongest one would be best for breeding.
Thats the kicker mate, he smells like skunk soon as you touch him So hes hearty and smells great best of both worlds.

So i pulled the smaller male and killed him off. This one on the other hand is something special. For its size and just showing sex its gonna get BAF. So he will be the prized male for my dragons. I usually dont get attached to males but i think youll see why i did.

Just a bit of info on the ferts i am using. The secret is....Fox farm thats it, just their grow big. I have tiger bloom to but have not used it yet. I wanna show that these guys can be grown with simple ease as well as basic feeding. I have used very little ferts, something like 2 tablespoons to 4 gallons. Very light just enough to keep them healthy and give them what they need. My goal is to produce a plant that can basically grow its self with just water. Could i push them, yeah i know they can take it but this is for demonstration at the moment. next grow will be to show you what they can do on a heavy feed schedule.
