@budelee I see in your oven picture that you are not covering during decarb. I slip the whole tray of rather finely crushed or ground material no deeper than a 1/2 inch into a turkey roasting bag and use alligator clips to seal the package. I also turn off the oven and crack the door slightly to let it cool slowly. This retains terps better. I think they are reabsorbed or deposited or something during the cooling. Try it and notice how much more aroma is retained.

I learn more with each post,that's awesome advice,I will definately try that on the next new batch,I have high hopes for this batch but learning something new is always a process for me,keep the advice coming and I'll be ready to move up from rookie status..peace bro !!

After having about 20 hours of refrigerator time,I warmed the oil slightly and filled some 00 capsules using a medicine syringe and sent out some testers,I will have some three party feedback by Sunday night...Peace..

i dont even know bro..The medicine syringe had the measurements worn off,i just filled the cap to the top, sorry for not taking a more controlled approach to them.Ill try and have more info on the next attempt,let me see first if these are gonna be potent....
 
No problem! I'm still trying to understand the process but was curious about how much a good dose may be. Or one thats easily doubled! Hope the test crew has fun
 
Hey @pop22 does this look normal that I got this much oil back?? If the oil isn't potent enough I can re-cook with more bud and other stuff right?? The test panel is up to 5 not including myself,tomorrow will be interesting...

Dude, if those don't do it for you, you may as well quit pot altogether.......lol! I just cooked thirty grams of Blue Dragon bud in just enough oil to cover the material. After straining I refrigerated it for 3 days. Then I cooked another 10 grams of bud in it. They have some real kick let me tell ya.......... yours should be that strong or stronger!
