i have some photos on the go so thats brilliant advice, thanks

I've never tried that but I like the concept... I'd love to do a side by side comparison of it. cheers! :smokebuds:

That would probably stress your plants & cause them to hermie.

There's not much possibility or worry of them going male in the last 2 weeks. The lower light schedule in photos causes them to work harder to keep the flower going especially of they haven't received pollen. In the event I'm wrong about that much the seeds wouldn't have time to begin developing anyway. I'm guessing with an auto it takes the same duration to form the seeds which I've not personally timed but as a guess I feel like its somewhere around 3 weeks to a month as I've harvested photos in the field early and seeds not be developed yet waiting till late september or October would show developed seeds. So in the event that that process does induce hermaphrodites the time period in which it happens will not fully allow it. Couldn't resist this one..let's look at as if we were the plant. 10 says before our scheduled death the light drops to 8 hours some of us might say whatever. Some of the worriers of the bunch are gonna say WTF! I'm this close to dying but haven't collected any of the good stuff...I'm not sticky enough maybe. Well ill fix that shit.(starts draining all available sugars and plant fluids to the flower) 5 days later..wtf where's the sun? Shit I better try pollinating myself but its gonna take at least 3 weeks to grow a new stem high enough and grow a set of balls.(meanwhile back at the ranch hitman is sharpening his knife) and while the would be plant might be working its ass off to grow that one stem I've severed the head from the body and scattered the pieces so that not even forensics could trace that b***h back to me. No offense intended smashed. You gotta learn to laugh:)

Actually it works just the oposite. Less lite w/out pollenation triggers survival mechanism causing the plant to hermie & produce female pollen of which there is never any male dna & is inable to produce a male plant. Hermies are not from male dna, hermies are the response to the stress of less lite.

In any event the plant still wouldn't have sufficient time to recover. Initially. Especially if you can provide a cool environment it should as a photo does is worry about the bud. If it takes a male 3 weeks roughly to sex and a couple more to build pollen I believe you'll see that 5-9 days is not enough time for the plant to revert and create all the necessary elements. Ill be doing as I said so well have confirmed proof about mid September or so. The only question I ask myself is with the thing going to die anyway how much of any am I going to lose in yield? Hermies at the 60 day mark are the least of my worries. if my electric were shutoff this week and I couldn't use the outside I'd be worried. But you can't cram 7 weeks into 10 days imo. ....excuse me late Aug to the first of September is when all mine are scheduled to finish.

PS. I do understand what you are saying about female pollen. That's not quite the same as true hermaphroditism which is what was referred to. In the event female pollen was created I still don't feel it would have a bit of bearing on the resin that the plant has to put off. This has been done for years with photos in order to make the bud more potent. I didn't just create the idea. Autos MAY function a bit different with the ruderalis gene in them but I don't see the possibility. I don't see the possibility of the buds being contaminated even if it did create female pollen there's just not sufficient time for the plant to do much to effect the bud quality at all.

Best of wishes...! Plz update as to how evey thing works out.

got myself a magnifying thing today and got some pics taken, put the little monacle thing in front of the camera on my phone and got some pretty decent results. to my untrained eye i'd say about 60-75% milky triches, confirmation would be lovely haha

these are the badly developed Mi5's, whats there looks good, just not enough of it :(

would female pollen without any male dna lead to feminised seeds that'd be 100% feminised?
