What's wrong here??

Without the detailed info all we can do is guess!! From the pics I see, both plants look hungry. One more than the other, but both have the same issue. You can see that the darker green plant is starting to get discoloration on its leaves.. It's not as bad yet, but could be soon. They look under fed. But without the detailed information, that's just MY guess..

Looks like the plant is starving for fertilizer and cal mag. Even the same strain from the same breeder can have different needs between plants. I suggest a 1/2 strength feeding with cal mag.
Also, what are you ph’ing the water to? For soil it should be 6.4 to 6.6 or 6.7. If you’re not ph’ing that could be the issue as well.
Finally, how close are your lights. I have the MH TSL2000. Your light should be at least 18 to 20 inches above the plant.

He did it a few up with some more photos, he filled in someone elses quote though, so if you don't double check it looks like hes just continually ignoring.

light used: mars/hydro ts 1000
Climate: min 22c max 27c
Additional info:
All seeds has the same age, all from Dutch passion (2 banana blaze 2 BlackBerry kush, all autos), all in the same container 16L fabric, all with the same soil mix (dutchpro all mix + 20% extra perlite), all get the same water, no nutes , all germinated in jiffy pellets soak in water with "take root" from Dutchpro.
As you can see all of them look healthy, only one BlackBerry looks "sick".
