what the heck happened

-Problem: Leafs turning gray/brown, Smells like a plant (before this problem was already smelling really nice)
-Medium/grow method: soil (BioBizz All-Mix);
-Feed and supplements used: BioBizz Nutes (top max 1ml/1lt, bio bloom 2ml/1lt, bio grow 1ml/1lt) by hand
-Water source: Tap water PH8 but I put some vinegar and was able to lower it to 6.1
-Strain and age - RQS Quick One - 40 days;
-Climate: day 26Cº - RH 51% | night 20cº - RH 53%
- Light used: CHM 315W / 20/4 / cm
-Additional info: It started 5 days ago appearing on 2 leafs, and since then it spread to all the plant. Today I noticed the soil has some mold(? I Guess?)
It appear on a second plant but no symptoms on the third. one

I would need a bit more information... What size pot/pots? What is your watering/feeding schedule? When you adjust the water ph with vinegar, are you letting it stabilize? Bio Bizz All Mix is heavily amended.. It should have enough food available to get an auto through the first 30-40 days. So you should be just starting light feeding at 1/2 or 3/4 of the recommended dose. This looks like multiple issues due to a lock out. Either ph, or excess nutrients. Im leaning towards excess nutrients since it sounds like you've been feeding from the beginning.

She looks hungry to me dude. If it was me I’d try a stronger feeding. I’ve used biobizz before but I only used fish mix from start to finish, no bloom and I easily got to 5ml per litre every feeding sometimes more. Maybe try using citric acid as ph down instead of vinegar

Under fed plants do not have rust spots on the leaves.

What size pot/pots? -- 11Lt
What is your watering/feeding schedule? -- I water every 2 or 3 days depending if i can lift the pot with my left hand xD
When you adjust the water ph with vinegar, are you letting it stabilize? -- It was the first time I put vinegar, put before any nutrients, don't know how to let it stabilize, just wait a lil bit or a lot?
like you've been feeding from the beginning. - started feeding on the 3 week (24 days) And it was 1/2 of the prescribed dosage that biobizz recommends for All Mix

And I guess it got worst real fast after the last feeding in which I put vinegar for the first time and I used the full dosage for the first time...

You are growing in a soil that is alive with bacteria and microbes. The least of your worries is something growing on the soil. 99 out of 100 times it's good sign. Its conformation that the soil is alive.
so that is not mold? and i can leave it there?

Yup leave it it’s fine! I’ve even had mushrooms pop up on indoor pots! And how much vinegar u use and did u ph mix after adding the nutes etc? Vinegar only takes a few drops to drop ph from mid 7’s into mid 6’s in my experience!
