I can tell you my method if youre interested. Im in the US, and I buy my supplies from buildasoil.com so if you arent in the US it may be a bit more difficult for you.. Its pretty simple, but the initial cost may be a bit more than bottled nutes. You can also reuse your soil for several runs with a little amending and maybe some red wigglers thrown into your soil storage bin.. I can show you some results if you need proof. hehe
