What is a Good Germination Kit

My wife is really into the spring and summer growth of a multitude of veggies and fruits. I want us to get a Germination Kit. What do you recommend?

This would be for 20 or so starters.

I see this setup all the time ... is this the gold standard?

My wife likes these. They're super heavy duty and thick plastic. But she has lights on racks already. That one you got there with the light attached is pretty cool...

After pooching two sets of seedlings a year ago, I went with Rapid Rooter and the Super Sprouter. I've used that set up twice now and have had excellent results.

I've always germed between 2 plates and paper towels.

These are uranium glass, with the cannabis embossed print.

I'm partial to the Jiffy Pellet kit. Pretty cheap and available at HomeDepot/Lowes, especially this time of year.

I'd skip the heat mat as you already have one. Your internet box/router/ etc..

I just put the jiffy greenhouse on top and bam. Heat mat.

I start my cannabis seeds right in their final pot.

But, my wife likes seeing a tray full of new growth of her tomatoes, okra, peppers, etc., before she re-pots.

Do you ever have issues with the pellet's fabric not fully breaking down and hindering root expansion?

If so, do you modify the peat pellet, such as thin slits all around to help with degradation?

I'm partial to the Jiffy Pellet kit.
