That's what I thought it was.. so they ARE bad? How did you get them out of your garden/tent? I was thinking either DE with the fans off and water it in or some NEEM oil. I am located in USA, Mass.
Also thanks growtogrow for the pictures, very helpful!

I’ve only seen one and never seen another one. My plant seems nice and healthy. No signs of what you mentioned either. But since I’m using HTF I do have what seem to be fungus gnats. I bought some Captain Jacks Dead Bug Brew and sprayed with the lights off and I have a mask with good filters on it also. Now I’m going to buy some yellow sticky traps and put them in my soil and have better watering practices. Last resort is neem l, used it before and worked great but I know it’s powerful.Your bugView attachment 1204380View attachment 1204381

If you're going to use are natural pepper spray like described better Gear Up it doesn't work on everything but it works on spider mites I used it many years ago it's like being at the protest and getting pepper sprayed you better wear enough stufg..

Yup been there and done that got the t-shirt and burned it.
A light spray of neem oil if you're feeling really scared about it all...
do not spray in the sun light or when your light is on.
spray in the evening time after the lights gos down...be careful not to spray it too thick. A lite layer once a week is enough to do the job.
I will continue researching to see if I can find what kind of beetle this is.. if you only had one...
I really wouldn't worry about it too much if you don't find any eggs sacs laying around don't make a big deal of it. But just keep doing what you're doing. Usually know a bad bug because it's eating part will be pointed downward. And a predator bug will have it eating part pointed forward as an attack clamp. Food for thought good-looking happy growing.

That's good sounds..like you're on the right track buddy....Yes the neem is powerful and it is my go-to when it comes to pests. As I'm an organic grower I don't use a whole lot of anything else when it comes to growing my weed. The other thing I go to when I have mildew problems the powdery mildew is a bitch straight up I'm here to tell you that shit can be relentless. I use Green cure... To fight the dreaded p.m. it's all organic. I also use hydrogen peroxide and water mix to spray my plants with occasionally to help fight the powdery mildew and the plants love the extra O2. When I harvest I always wash my entire Harvest before I start to dry and cure always it's mandatory too.. as I want my weed to taste as it should and not like birdshit dust bug poop whatever there might be left on it. It washes all that stuff off and leaves everything else intact.I’ve only seen one and never seen another one. My plant seems nice and healthy. No signs of what you mentioned either. I appreciate the knowledge sir! I am a hydro grower going organic myself! I am going to use Worm castings, Blood meal, Fish bone meal, alfalfa meal, sea bird guano, dolomite lime, rock phosphate, epsom salt, azomite, kelp meal. I've been searching though and glacier dust and oyster shells look good, as well as gypsum. Maybe some DE for pest control. I was going to try that with a 2:1 ratio of HTF and OF by FoxFarm but then I thought maybe try it with Bush Doctor Coco Loco. That's good sounds..like you're on the right track buddy....Yes the neem is powerful and it is my go-to when it comes to pests. I use light deprivation techniques and Grove to crops a season here in Michigan. I try to grow as very much as I can outside. Using the hydrogen peroxide and water mix and other techniques that I've discovered over the years has made my cannabis some of the very best and people come to me from miles around to explore my techniques and to taste my cannabis.View attachment 1204909

That's sounds very nice. You'll love the taste of your meds when you start to grow organically..I appreciate the knowledge sir! I am a hydro grower going organic myself! Wow man that’s amazing! I aspire to be to your level one day! Unfortunate news, I found another beetle in my tent. Seems like I’ll be getting the neem oil going or the recipe with garlic or hot peppers. So tomorrow I’m getting yellow sticky papers and the ingredients to the organic spray & neem oil just in case. But question.. I transplanted one of my other seedling the other day and accidentally forgot to cover it with a Gatorade bottle to make the light less intense on it so it started to turn white because of how intense the light was. It dropped and bounced back up. I gave it some recharge when I watered it in the transplant and I actually gave it 250ml of water and some rhizotonic (give or take .5ml) today since the soil was dry. Should I be worried about it. Here’s a pic. But on the bright side would it be cool to pick your brain on how to put my super soil together ratio wise? Also happy tree frog is happy frog! So you have used that one. That's sounds very nice. You'll love the taste of your meds when you start to grow organically..
I've not used HTF or Dr coco loco.... Nor Glacier dust.
I use OF and Happy Frog and many other organic commercial soils to make up the bace for my organic soil as I've been growing for many years.
All the Amendments that you had mentioned. I've used in the soil then now and presently as well as alpaca compost horse manure compost composted cow manure Peruvian seabird guano Indonesian bat guano Jamaican bat guano Mexican bat guano and the list goes on and on. And that's not all I make my own compost from all of my table scraps dozens and dozens and dozens of eggs.... pretty-much if it biodegrades it ends up in my compost pile every day. As I'm always growing and the compost pile will be used whenever I need it.
Soil in my grow cage is over 18 in thick 20 ft by 14 ft wide...all of my homemade composting soil enhanced. Then coverd with brow paper and then natural wood chips.
