Found this sucker in my soil last night when I watered, it came out and scurried away back into it when I tried to catch it. Finally did this morning.

That's what I thought it was.. so they ARE bad? How did you get them out of your garden/tent? I was thinking either DE with the fans off and water it in or some NEEM oil. I am located in USA, Mass.
Also thanks growtogrow for the pictures, very helpful!

You need to wrangle up some centipedes and put them in your tent. Never had them inside only out, some are in the dirt and eat your roots, you usually only see them early summer. Long time ago but I think I pepper sprayed the spotted mother F'r, google it you can make the spray with hot peppers, think garlic (maybe vampires in your tent too) and some soap to make it stick.
p.s. there are a ton of different beetles in that family but pretty sure they are all bad and they all hate getting pepper sprayed in the face.

because you said "NEEM oil "the true experts will be here soon, I've used neem oil with 50/50 results and only use as last resort and never on any bud. Any insectide I buy off self I mix to half power and only spray infected areas then wait and see how plant reacts first. I've also used Docktor Doom but again it's powerfull stuff so be careful, but had success with it.

"Mix a pepper or garlic spray solution. Combine 3 oz. of chopped garlic or chopped hot peppers, 2 tsp. of oil, 1 pt. of water and 4 tbsp. of liquid dish soap into a jar. Allow this to sit for one day, then strain the liquid into a spray bottle. Use this spray wherever milkweed beetles are found, either directly on the beetles or on their habitat. If beetles are still present after several days, reapply the spray. "

Does this sound correct?

Sound perfect mate, I did spray before you googled stuff on internet and was told by someone how to make it. I believe I used both garlic and hot peppers and never let it sit for day, but like anything you remember sometimes you forget. I was also told (don't know how accurate) they lay their eggs on lower stem, google it to make sure.

Appreciate the guidance my good sir. I'll come back with some updates. Good thing is nothing is really happening to my girl. I've only seen one in my soil and she's still growing well. Here's some pics from this morning. The waving/twisting of the leaves I think is wind burn due to me having a fan on her at a high setting, I went to low today but I left it on high due to not knowing what the insect was.
