I'm to old to care or change. I will just keep on keeping on. There will be some court cases on people being caught with more then four plants they will have deep pockets fight it and it will change to 20 plants. That is my prediction. OH YEAH

I started growing after legalization and kept to the 4 plant limit. I didn't mind because it's only me smoking it, and my wife doesn't want me to do anything illegal. But I have 6 smaller plants going now and honestly I can't see the police searching my house and busting me for having 6 plants in my basement. It just isn't likely to happen. I honestly think in the highly unlikely event it would be more like a ticket than a criminal offense.

My main worry is that my parents live in florida and I couldn't visit them, but so unlikely because I smoke it all myself or give some to my brother if i have a good harvest, never sold any.

P.S. I really hope they mellow the cannabis laws someday soon like they did with beer. If i bought some, I'd WAY rather buy organically grown weed at a farmers market than the horrible dry as a bone shit they sell legally here.

In Ontario it's a fine you can get jail time for more serious things like dui smoking in place it's not allowed tho they would give you a fine first but just remember that if you got your seeds from somewhere that's not thr ocs then your growing illegal pot even if it's one plant so if your already breaking the law by growing illegal weed by buying illegal seeds then who cares how many you grow thr police need a warrant to search your home your more likely to get caught doing something outside your home then in your home like it's illegal to move a plant in flower in public or to have more then 30g or 30 seeds in your possession

It is legal to grow 4 plants if the genetics came from the government.

I want to know what reprocusions there are for illegal genetics and what the plant numbers are for whatever charges.. and if anyone knows if a landlord can enforce a notice that you arent allowed to grow in their rented unit

They regulate genetics? So....you cant breed your own? Does govt really attempt to have that much control?
