Day 21 - Need to get other tent sorted asap.
I have not amended the ph today. Wanted to ask the question should i be having to change the ph every day? Interested to see if it will go above 6.4ph as both res were at different 5.8 and 5.9 but both are settled at 6.4 today.

That pH swing is a bit sharp.
Do you have the water out and aerated for 24/48 hours before using it?

Only done 24 hours, maybe next one do a solid 48hour.

Will i just correct it down to 5.8 again and tomorrow if it hasnt increased massivly we can put it down to needing more time.

The thc bomb is sprouting fast need to get the new tent up before it gets too crowded.

What sort of water are you using?

straight out of the tap, its about 7.8ph and 0.1ec.

That's pretty good EC for Tap water - mine is about 0.4EC

What I do with my water is store it in a 50 Litre open container (a flip-top bin with the lid removed). Having the open top lets any chlorine dissipate.
I drop in an airstone connected to a 200 litre per hour pump and leave it 24 to 48 hours. Then I use pH down to get it to about 5.8 to 6.0 pH and add my nutrients with the Ataclean line cleaner in last.
My pH rarely fluctuates with a large swing (except when the plant is going from veg to bloom).

Day 22 - damn the thc bomb is getting wide.

Weekend cannot come quick enough the thc bomb i think is going to be a big bushy bitch, new tent has plenty of room but i think i need to knock up another diy led would be great to see how they actually perform as i have no information on them at all. Been looking at buying some samsung sunboards 6500k and 2700ks make a nice setup.

They are starting to spread their wings nicely! I find that dwc so cool because you can sit there and watch your root growth. I might try that at some point because it looks insane
