Fast Buds WeirdBeard grows The Mother F&@$ing GSC

How's things going man? any weird webbed leaves like both mine have? it was the leaves that have 3 fingers on both of mine. your plants are exactly a week behind my oldest one so that's pretty cool as they are the same strain. so strange as we were growing lsd together just not as close in age lol..
Things are starting off slow this time, I am having a little heat plus humidity issues, but that's what happens when you keep losing places to grow and having to adjust to the environment every time. I'm not too worried about it though. I'm thinking that the roots are having more room to grow Which is causing the leaf development to lag.

So am I right in saying that GSC is a slow starter? I have two that are 21 days old today and I have been pretty unhappy with their progress to this point. I have two other cultivars that are running at a pace I would have thought normal so when I peek into the tent I feel a little anxiety over the fact that the difference is so pronounced. That's why I like watching others at work. Learn and apply.

Very true man, I was getting a little worried myself in trying to compare the GSC and The Cheese NL to my last two grows. In looking back and as you are with others I am finding that the GSC might be leaning more sativa then Indica ( which I prefer) and could be the cause of the slow start. As for the Cheese NL I looked back at the Ministry of cannabis Blueberry black domina, and it also started off slower, so I'm just making sure they stay happy and will wait for the explosive growth to start!

Well still some slow growth going on with this grow, so I have been trying to figure what's going on. I have narrowed down to the humidity and temperature with the beginning of the grow. I know it's no the soil pH because it is sitting pretty at 7.0, I moved my grow area to a different spot and it was a little too hot in the beginning which I think stunted both of them, and the humidity has been a mother F&$@er, even though ithey are slow to start I have faith that they will explod here in the next few weeks. The past 3 grows have all been in separate spots and frankly sucks, but giving me challenges and experience along the way! .

If you don't mind me asking, what is the best temperatures and humidity throughout the grow in your experience. I have seen your other grows and you have the gift. I am still trying to formulate my own system and I would love to know your opinion on this. I have a good deal to learn...

I have no doubt you will be fine @Weirdbeard.. I've been dealing with heat issues also I have 2 led lights in a 2x2 inside a closet with little to no ventilation my temp gauge recorded a high of 101 inside there lol.. my humidity seems to be stable at 40%. I'm starting to wonder how accurate my readings are because 101 for a high seems extreme for led lights no? it's usually around 85-88 when I check on them though so it's definitely not a constant 101 that was the peak recorded

Hell yeah man. I'll be keeping an eye on this grow. I've lost two gsc now due to bad luck. I've got one seed left to try and I'm really wanting to know how she grows and smokes. I've got a Pineapple Express going now and fastbuds genetics definitely are not a dissapointment! Looking good man

I like to keep the humidity between 60-70% sometimes 80% in veg then drop it down to 50-60% in flower. Once the coalas start to get fat I drop it down to 40% and below. I have read that if you drop your humidity really low during the final weeks it increases resin production. I live in the desert so humidity is always low. Just the other night I forgot to fill my humidifier and the relative humidity was 16% so it is hard for me to control. Finally trained the wife how to watch it for me while I'm at work hahah!

Thanks for the kind worlds man, I'm still learning also. It's nice having a form where you can learn from others and not repeat mistakes. I figure if you guys learn from mine then it's not that bad when I fuck up hahah.

It is high, but then again if you don't have any ventilation then the air circulation back over the cooling fans will slowly warm up and get to that point. There are so manny factors involved with heat and humidity it takes awhile to narrow them down to fix the issues.
