I meant to tell you a few weeks back, she has completely recovered and no longer has the tumour . I didn't bother going back to the vet her leg is totally flat as a pancake where the mass was. The two slides the vet looked at were probably a grouping of exomes and were seeing an immune response rather than the mass of tumour cells they told me was there. Either that or my treatment worked, it just lessons my faith in anyone wearing a white lab coat.
