hello carbon based life forms. :toke: don't be naive. the universe is teeming with life. the big question is always why haven't we found them??? the answer is simple, those with higher intelligence DONT WANT US TO FIND Them! and I am sure there is many lifeforms that don't have a technological level to communicate.

:pass:I have a UFO story. When I was in college I took a astronomy class. Our class had assignments to sketch drawings on different stars and then turn them in. This particular night in August was clear and warm. I talked my wife into coming along. I know a spot high on a hill without much light pollution. We were both out for about a half hour and I was finished with my sketch when we saw a satellite(looked like one anyway) coming from the south and when it was directly overhead the pitch black night was lit up like daylight from the satellite. My wife was terrified and wanted to leave immediately. As soon as our night vision returned we left wondering WTF. I told my instructor what happened, he laughed and said that it was a military satellite and the light was from the solar mirrors that are directed down to light up the ground (from the sun) for pictures. He said the advanced observatories have charts and knowledge of when they orbit so that they are not looking through their telescope when one is going over. I got to say that night my blood was pumping fast. Awesome grow @MR magoo !

@Green Hornet my thread is pretty long, but there have been a few people over the last 2 years that have shared similar story's.
I using telescopes for over 60 years have failed to see anything I could not classify. thank you for sharing this. I wish MORE would do the same.
they are their. just have not been lucky enough.
