Dutch Passion Waximus' DP Auto Durban Poison, in TLO soil

Excellent! You'll find a huge difference with the plants treated with mycorrhizae :) I couldn't believe such a simple thing would make a huge difference but it does :)

What's Good Waximus, I seen the congregation and figured I'd jump on the band wagon..
I also see you're rockin a clasic, an old tube amp, nothin better than a tube amp for sound quality..

Wow don't know how this one slipped by me.
If you don't mind I'll slip in the back row and sub up on this one.
Looks really good Waxi!
Are you going to tier the 2gal pots on top of the 5gal air pots?

I am excited to bring this grow up a notch, Anthro! I am so appreciative of the support and helping hand!

Thanks, FreeLivin! Glad you're along for the journey :) Yes, I developed an addiction to classic stereo equipment a few years back, and like all of my obsessions, it turned into "Build your own! Refurb that one! Just one more!" So, there is no lack of quality stereo equipment, and tube amps, in Waxiville... lolol

I'm an audiophile guy myself, although I spent most of my career in the mobile audio/video field. You just can't beat some of the old stuff though, just wish I could hear what it would sound like if I didn't have to convert digital to analog.

Thinking to myself... Not as if I'd be able to tell the difference anyway...

I had the good fortune to procure a Dynaco SCA-35 stereo amp, that was owned by the dude who owned 11 Avenue audio in Brooklyn NY. It was all original, 1964, and just about mint-except for the nicotine coating on every aged and disgusting board inside... So, I listen to it, and decide to upgrade the boards with modern boards, and vintage components- took 2 months to gather the parts.. When it was finished, it was the single best sounding amp I have ever listened through! I was HOOKED!! lolol
When friends visit, they immediately notice two things: 1) That stereo looks OLD! and, 2) That stereo sounds INCREDIBLE! lolol I love that! Peace to you!

All about the vintage audio items. Been in the recording industry for 10 years, digital will never replace the character of vintage gear. Wire and components have character, 0's and 1's don't!

Word! And there is no fiercer sight than a 50 year old tube going all arcs and sparks after a life well lit... lolol Thankfully, the Russian military makes awesome tubes, which work for both missile guidance systems and high quality audio! A tangible benefit of the Cold War, I reckon... lol

Welcome aboard, JD!:Sharing One:
The starter pots are 1 gal, and I'm going to transplant into the airpots in a week or so, as soon as the seedling stems harden a bit. I put a plain soil with just a 2" layer of hotter soil at the base, and I noticed they all hit the hpot soil yesterday- they doubled in size overnight! Today they got a myco/bacteria treatment, so I expect they'll take off soon. Thanks for subbing up, Bro! Best to you, and see you around, soon :)

Oh yeah, those things are built like tanks...well, for tanks! Electro Harmonix do a decent range of flavors if you ever feel like experimenting, sounds like you do! With some bottom end harmonics going on Tosh would sound huge!
