I thought I had too much with 600HPS in 6.25sq for.

How do you like the HPS I jumped straight into led but im probably going to pick up and HPS light to run next winter, the led were a little cool and I had to add heat to keep my temps steady

Well I’m in my basement so it’s a little cool already. I could get away with the heat. I love the HPS I have a good size fan blowing between the light and the plant.

If you need the extra heat that’s just a bonus. I’ve gone from seed to smoke with HPS. But right now I’m running MH because both autos are vegging

Right on I have found a huge difference In the growth of plants from the different spectrums of lights I have, the quantum boards with the far red, when I veg under that light my plants strech quite a bit, I'm guessing because of the added far red, the marshydro sp250 grows very squatty dense plants but I think I had it to close to my plants when i just vegged with the sp250, it has far red as well as uv.. but the sp250 just seems to be so much brighter then the quantum boards too! I really need a par meter lol so I could get a better idea of the light that plants are receiving, but they are expensive.. still trying to get it all dialed in as far as the lights!

I saw one for like $25 I’m thinking of doing the same people are saying 600w is too much for one plant. I’m sure I’m probably wasting some light but with LST I’m getting like 30+ bud sites at canopy height

Really ill have to look some more and see if I can find one that cheap, hell yeah what seeds are you running my auto's have been pretty small so far but I've been running seeds from new420guy seeds, I will be picking up some mephisto, fast buds, and night owl gear soon, but I have had much more success with photos so far, but the autos really appeal to me so I'm gonna keep growing them until I get them down..

I agree I’m doing autos until I get them down then graduating to photos.
I’ve been using ILGM I bought the autoflower mix pack both times. It’s 3 strains and 5 of each strain.
