Your wallet should be very clear as to what the exchange rate is. If it won't convert BTC to USD find a new wallet.I under paid because my wallet was in mbtc instead of btc. So when they gave me the number of btc that i needed to send, i put the same number in my wallet to send. Meanwhile what i was reaoly doing was sending barely any mbtc at all. So all in all it was a dumb mistake on my part, but a huge mistake on theirs to not give me the discounts i deserved after customer service took over 10 days to respond to me at one point.
Im a loyal customer when i find something good. I will be looking at attitudes promotions and hopefully i can order some without issues. I still have around 200$ in bitcoins, so we shall see what happens.
I just really felt as though people deserved to see what happened with this crappy scenario. I should have my seeds by now, instead i lost a few dollars with nothing in return and now i have to wait whatever amount of time to get an order of seeds that will be way less quantity wise than i was receiving before. I mean just the 23 freebie seeds alone is worth a shit ton of money.
It was just mind boggling and but i understand shit happens and life isnt fair.
I appreciate you guys giving your opinions. Im interested to see if seedsman tries to get ahold of me to make things right, or if they will just chalk it up to another customer unhappy and not care at all.
If you knew you owed like $200+ and bought the necessary amount of BTC how didn't you realize that you still had 99% of you BTC still in your wallet?
The second thing is, they probably don't have a huge customer service department and you're contacting them smack dab in the busiest time of the year.
It's unfortunate that they didn't honor your deal, but more deals are on the way.
