New Grower Virgin Grow. 1st Everything.

Also, be careful bending plants when they are thirsty. A dry branch snaps much easier than a hydrated branch.

Gave them 1 liter each, twice, 12 hours apart yesterday.
Would that be a good water schedule now-
OR
Do I need to get them thirsty every few days??
Confusing hobby, this.
You don't need to necessarily make them beg for water. I mentioned doing that so you could get a better feel on understanding when the time is right to do so. You will be well into flower soon, at which point you'll want to keep pots a little more on the hydrated side, between feeds. If the pots dry too much the pH tends to get wacky.
If you prefer watering day and night, by all means...you could simply soak the pots at once and wait, lessening the work load.

Hey y'all.
My first grow. It's legal and medical.

There's been a lot of learning so far to figure out what's what.
I got a long way to go and lots left to learn.
I'm comin in late but hey I'm here....

A huge incredible thanks to Yeatster for giving me stellar advice and friendly help.
Would not be doing so well without it.

A big thanks to Dabber for sharing his tea recipe.

I'm growin Northern Lights Auto in a 3'x4' area that's been super hot this summer.

Pretty drastic. But now the buds get light. Let me know if this was too much too soon.
I try to be gentle but firm. The Bill Cosby approach. Except he didn't have pipe cleaners and scissors. Probably a good thing. Now all I have to say is "Don't drop the soap Bill!"

====================

So I had yet another big box of a nothing-harvest. poop...
It's kinda sad to kill those big leaves after trying so hard to get them to grow.
I remember it just like it was a few weeks ago;
How happy I was to get my first 5 fingered fan leaf...... and now kill, kill, kill !

Yoko is the name I gave to a cricket right before I smashed it.

Check out all the LST, leaf tucking, and preflower. .....

Hope they all heal from the surgery and make sweet music.

All this late LST is of course due to my failed SCROG attempt with the shitty net I bought.
Live and learn.
However, there's a lot to be said about having the ability to pull your pots out and fart around.

Hopefully I won't have much to do for a while.
My back hurts.

Wish me luck!
Maybe I'll get 6 pounds like Dabber.
Not.

You can use all of those green fan leaves to make a fresh smoothie or process them in a Magical Butter Machine with coconut oil to start a salve.

I had to go to hydro so pumps do all of the heavy lifting - I cannot lift a pot of soil due to my back pain.
