Really informative post man!
Nice looking plants

I find to avoid side leakage on smart pot during early life before everything is nicely bound together by the root system is to wrap them in the little cling film that i reuse till it’s useless. Just sort of stops the water from wanting to run out the sides quite so easy.

:slap:
Good tip dude....and thanks for the rep:smiley1:

Hola everyone....:vibe:...some pictures.....and might I add "Woot":headbang:

Thanks for stopping by everyone...........:thanks::woohoo::cooldance::yay:.....the topping begins soon:yoinks:..................:eyebrows:

......tomorrow in fact, the topping is happening tomorrow..:crying:...they have the 4th node out and are pushing the 5th...:yoinks:..I had a quick look earlier and they look to be quite thick stems already and tight node distance..:yay:...which tells me that they might be shorty's..:cooldance:...but i'm going to top them anyways because its what I do haha......I might top them and just give them some slight guidance..:woohoo1:..not too heavy with the bending and we will see if we can get a couple of flat canopys going and get some good bud showing.:pass:

Hello friends...:toke:.....I have been busy with the blade today...:tang:....looks quite drastic and to be quite honest, it is:muahaha:....they don't call it Heavy Stress Training for nothing!!...with each I topped and then quickly removed the first and second nodes, then I watered with wk 3 of my feed chart and will continue for another week.....I sat and watched each plant as the feed made its way thru the coco......and within a minute, both plants were leaking at all removed node sites which was good to see....to me, it means the plant has not gone into shock from the top and is moving sugars and water to the holes to block and repair.....I took some before and after pics, they are poor quality but you can just about see what I have done haha........before pics:

Bro, very educational ....

I’ve had my hands in a lot of dirt and grew some bountiful harvests (vegtables i am talking here) but I’ve never trained much of anything other than a a house plant or two so know when I say: Appreciate you sharing the experience/ knowledge.
